• The showdown between Tangle and Whisper against Mecha Sally.
  • Tangle brutally calls Mecha Sally out when it was using its usual tactic of breaking speeches to Nicole, calling it a bully that cannot be even fight properly. The duo were actually faring quite well against it combat-wise.
  • After being brought to speed due to nearly damaging Sally herself a few times, Tangle and Whisper decides to fight it off and create an opening for Nicole to access its software to rescue Sally, in which they do.
• Sally being the one to destroy the Mecha Sally A.I. via (cybernetic) fire and some viruses was an epic moment in itself, double so if you listen to the song 'Find Your Flame', which incidentally was the title of chapter two.

  "My name is Sally Alicia Acorn. Princess of the Kingdom of Acorn. Leader of the Knothole Freedom Fighters."

  "And I want you and Eggman to get the hell out of my head!!"

  • Special props goes to Nicole who bypassed all of Robo-Robotnik/Eggman's firewalls to reach Sally and give her the power to fight back.
• Sally's first fight as a Restoration member, saving civilians from a robbing Rough and Tumble. Not only she had to work with Nicole to attempt accessing her combat abilities on the fly, this earns her some genuine faith from the locals and visitors despite being supposedly a reprogrammed badnik. They even chant her name after her victory.
  • Whisper was revealed to be nearby in case Sally needed help. She decided to be on standby when it is clear her help isn't needed. Not once did Sally's systems register her.
• Mina using Sonic's Super-Peel Out move against Metal Sonic, distracting him long enough for Sally and Bunnie to damage him and force him to retreat.
  • To elaborate, she used the move when she is directly against Metal Sonic's momentum, overpowered it by catching him with her jacket and forcing him on the road, making him eat pavement for a few blocks until the jacket gave way. To get an idea about how ridiculous this is, it is the equivalent of a matador forcing the charging bull on the ground with just his bare hands and red cloak. And her arms aren't even that strained afterwards.
• Mina getting her own Wispon and using it to great effect against Naugus' forces.
• In one of the spin-off chapters, Clove and Cassia showing off there teamwork to deal with a Resistance!Reprogrammed Badnik. Special mention goes to Clove who earlier helped spring out Rough and Tumble from a Restoration cell and almost single-handedly defeated a large group of Restoration soldiers.
• Sally being the one who deduced that Ixis Naugus not only being alive but is also possessing Geoffrey via Sherlock Scan and Spot the Imposter.
• Chapter 28 finally reveals why Hyper Sonic needed Nicole during the Super Genesis Wave. Turns she, alongside Hyper Sonic and Jani-Jak, were fighting THE END which had managed to escape during the Wave. And given that it's still sealed up in new world, it means that they won, even if we don't quite know how they did it.
• Credit must go to the author who shows he's not afraid to utilize characters from the wider expanded Sonic Universe, and even find ways to integrate them into the plot in a realistic way.
