Awesome moments in RE-TAKE:
- Shinji taking on the 13th, 14th, and 15th Angels alone (and winning each time, with only a fractured arm for Toji).
- In the case of the Fifteenth, Arael, it is a brutal Curb-Stomp Battle. Shinji swats it out of the sky with his AT Field from Earth.
- Shinji chooses to fight the MP EVAs, despite the suicidal odds (which he is well aware of) and knowing full well that even if he wins, he will still have to die (because he's the final angel) to prevent the end of the world. He's essentially giving up the chance to obtain the one thing he's always desired: a happy life; and doing so for the sake of the people he loves and cares about. Ladies and Gentlemen! The boy has finally become a HERO!
- Ghost-Asuka and Shinji using their combined AT Field to SWAT the MP EVAs from the sky.
- Just the line "Well, you know the term: Divine Intervention?"
