"WE NEED YOUR DAMN THUMBPRINT FIRST!!"

    Season 1
  • The Sextuplets successfully escaping Black Factory in the first half of Episode 02.
  • Ichimatsu fusing with the cat to a "cat-human" type. He can move!!
  • Also from the same latter half of Episode 2, Osomatsu talking to hell with Chibita about his advice not making any sense and snaps him out of it.
  • Osomatsu does it again. This time, he knocks the hell out of the supposed "New" Osomatsu!
  • It's kind of impressive how similar Osomatsu (and by extension Takahiro Sakurai) can sound to his brothers. In the card scene alone, his range is good enough to fool the audience into thinking that he's playing a round of cards with all of the sextuplets!
  • Osomatsu and the other brothers annihilating Todomatsu's reputation at Sutabaa during "Todomatsu and the Five Demons". It takes dedication and sheer willpower (and some good old fashioned teamwork like we haven't seen out of them in years) to destroy someone like that while looking that foolish. Ichimatsu's comment at the end was the cherry on top of this complete defeat.
    Welcome back.
  • As heartbreaking and heartwarming as "Jyushimatsu Falls in Love" was, one of the better parts is how Jyushi told the story of how he came to meet the country girl. She had come to the beach to kill herself, but she spotted Jyushi batting near the shore and watched him for a while until the waves got to him. She proceeded to get off the cliff she was on and tried to revive him, and because of that incident, they both ended up saving each other and proceeded to hang out with each other for about a month afterwards.
    • It's hinted that Jyushimatsu did notice the Country Girl, but knowing that confronting her would force her to commit suicide, he purposefully drowned himself at the hopes that Country Girl would be distracted by her goal and come to help him.
  • The brothers getting their exact revenge on Iyami and Chibita after they swindled them for all they had is something to be believed. They take them to the middle of nowhere, lock them up with a tiger, and then make Ichimatsu try to have them bargain for the key and increasing the price every time, using the exact same tricks they used to get the money in the first place. Pictured above.
    • Jun Fukuyama does an excellent job sounding intimidating in the bargaining scene. His Soft-Spoken Sadist voice and delinquent voice really capture the scene.
  • Even though everyone ignores him for most of the series, Karamatsu ventures into the mountains to get water from melted snow because he thinks that regular tap water isn't good enough for his brothers.
    • Later on, after Jyushimatsu gets better and splits himself into a tiny army to infiltrate the sextuplets' immune systems and beat the hell out of the various viruses, including one shaped like Dayon for some reason...
  • The brothers (sans Jyushimatsu) all mentally talking to each other in "Kerosene" via Twin Telepathy. Silence Is Golden, indeed.
  • After Osomatsu kicks Jyushimatsu out of frustration in "Letter", Karamatsu, of all people, gets enraged and punches Osomatsu. He then proceeds to drag him out of the house to continue the fight so they don't disturb everyone else.

    Season 2
  • The return of the Country Girl in Season 2's Episode 8 to help Jyushimatsu's goal to become a dolphin. Quite stupid premise, but you know that even she wants Jyushimatsu to succeed because she's inspired by his determination.
  • Karamatsu finally growing backbone against his siblings at the end of "Karamatsu and Brothers". Choromatsu also helped him learn to stand up for himself.
    • Choromatsu's imitation of his brothers. Although it's quite exaggerated for comedic purposes, there's a glimpse of his brothers' voices when Choromatsu did it. Cast a big name like Hiroshi Kamiya and he will never fail to deliver results.
  • Chibita's epic revenge against the brothers when they pull out his one hair.
  • Osomatsu being the first to finally put Totoko in her place, calling out her jealousy and weird behavior during the sextuplets date with Kin-chan. Even when Totoko stands up and all the other brothers are scared shitless, you can see him still holding his ground, with a serious face and not sweating at all. Considering Totoko has put them in way more humiliating and abusive situations before and he was still fawning over her, the fact Kin-chan (who haven't done anything wrong to Totoko unlike the sextuplets who keep pestering their childhood friend) was dragged into that situation has him really angry. Osomatsu might be a jerkass idiot, but even he can see bullshit and will not hesitate to call that out.
  • As much as the episode is Tear Jerker and Heartwarming Moments, Iyami's determination to help Okiku regain her sight is quite powerful. The entire episode really, if one would reflect closely. It makes you feel sad, happy and proud at the same time.
    • The use of color in the skit is also something to admire to represent Iyami and Kiku's perspective to the world. It’s almost all the time gray, and uses both warm greys and cold ones to flavor it a bit. Just specific things has color and those are important in the plot. Then, during the time skip is revealed that the lack of color is representative of Kiku’s eyesight and how she sees the world, as you can pinpoint when she started her new life when the colors are restored. This get half referenced before that when Iyami has a flashback and the only thing he sees in color is Kiku herself, been the one who drove him to change. The only gratuitous use of color is in the shirts of the Matsus, but those are degraded enough to look like greys anyway. By the explosion of colors, Iyami and Kiku meeting each other finally made them appreciate the world and life they have.
  • As opposed of the first season's pure Tear Jerker twenty-fourth episode, the second season's counterpart has a hundred-eight degree change. For starters, Osomatsu deciding to become independent. You've read that tropers. The idiotic, lazy, unmotivated, arrogant and ignorant Osomatsu takes the initiative in finding a job. And where his brothers moved on without him before, soon they follow suit as if he was a real leader. Although it's a Tear Jerker like "Letter" due of dealing with the downsides of change, the episode focuses on the positive side of the same thing as well.
    • The animation and the direciton of the penultimate episode, especially the emphasis of the cherry blossoms deserves a special mention as well.
