  • Every time Travis activates Full Armor mode can count, but special mention goes to the first time he uses Full Armor and his fight against Midori, where he remains in Full Armor for the entire battle.
  • Certain designated matches involve Travis flying into space to fight a monster capable of destroying whole planets!
  • The fact that mastering every bike chase mission (or at least, getting Silver medals as of the 1.02 update) unlocks a secret bonus boss, Ryuichi, the brother of Ryuji, the assassin considered by many to be one of the best bosses from No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle.
  • Just the fact that in the beginning of the game, the resurrected Bad Girl is standing side by side with her former enemy who killed her in the first game, ready to beat down on some aliens is a somewhat satisfying sight.
  • Kimmy Howell now Love is another moment to behold, seeing her not only return but as a world-famous pop idol who's clearly kept up her skills as a fighter! Just watch how she easily dispatches Vanishing Point, one of the top ten galactic killers without missing a beat during her concert!
    • Heck the rap battle between her and Travis before their fight is so great and not be overlooked.
  • Prior to her fight, Midori texts FU and gets away with telling him to not get in the way with her fight with Travis and warning him that her boyfriend (Kamui) will have his head if he does anything to harm her. Then we see FU trying to attack Kamui who instantly teleports away from the blasts without taking a hit!
  • Notorious is a living, breathing Awesome Moment. A heavyweight champion wrestler, who's also a superhero and a legitimately heroic one at that, with a powerful laser cannon that can punch holes through earth and steel? What's not to love?
  • The return of the series' iconic boss Destroyman. And this time? He's a full-on android with an entire army of replicants straight off the assembly line!
    • Even though Travis is still fooled into doing the handshake trick from a Destroyman robot, he quickly recovers from the shock and easily takes down the mass produced Destroyman while it had it's guard down with one slash like he was nothing showing just how strong and wise Travis has gotten over the years to able to shrug it off easy.
      Travis: Weak-ass loser.
  • The build-up to the final battle. Travis is jogging on an empty road towards FU and one by one, his allies join him. Native Dancer, Notorious, Kamui and Midori, Shinobu, Bad Girl. They're all ready to throw their hat into the ring and help destroy FU once and for all.
  • Travis facing down FU. It's shown as early as the cover of the game and Travis is staring down an earth-shattering galactic overlord baring his teeth with pure rage, with Travis showing nothing but a dispassionate pout. In the game proper, it turns out he got FU like this within twenty seconds of them meeting face to face by pointing out that his Freudian Excuse is complete bullshit and he's being a spoiled brat more than he is a ferocious conqueror. All this because Travis wants to rub it in FU's face just how badly he fucked up by hurting those close to him, especially in vengeance for FU killing Badman that traumatized Bad Girl.
Travis: That's sad. Didn't your Mommy and Daddy teach you? It's not nice to cause trouble for others! No? Cause trouble, and you'll get scolded! But nobody's ever scolded you before, have they?!
FU: My daddy scolded me once. I was punished, and was sent to rot in space prison.
Travis: Black Hole Prison? It's basically Paradise. That wasn't "punishment"; You just went on a nice little vacation abroad. And that's how we get Prince Dumbasses... like you.
FU: Yeah, just keep talking, keep fucking talking!
Travis: Go on, get angry, you FUCKING loser! GET ALL NICE AND SALTY FOR ME!
FU: Fucking ASSASSIN!! [Goes One-Winged Angel]
Travis: There we go! Those eyes, right there... the dumbass is turning into a beast!
FU: I'll kill you... I'll kill you... I'll KILL you...
Travis: Oooh, nice, scary eyes. That's what I wanna see! Come at me, KILL ME! Demons don't got SHIT on me!
    FU: I'LL KILL YOU!!
Travis: You're getting real fucking crazy now. THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT! AAAAAH!!!
  • Throughout the fight against FU, all of Travis's allies (except Midori) help weaken FU from Notorious and his cannon, Kamui and his psychic ability, Native Dancer and his blades, Shinobu with her katana and even Bad Girl gets a nice whack in with her bat. Leading to...
    • Shinobu and Bad Girl getting their payback against FU for ripping both of her arms and killing her father respectively. After Travis defeats him, Bad Girl slams him in the air with Shinobu finishing him off via decapitation causing FU to physically and mentally revert back into a child.
  • The True Final Boss fight against Damon. Not only is it a completely unexpected turn to have it framed as a Super Smash Bros. battle, but now the player gets to personally repay Damon for all the grief he's caused both Dr. Juvenile and Travis by utterly eviscerating him!
  • The ending reaches new heights of insanity! Badman's funeral is interrupted by none other than FU's father, King Jess Baptiste the Fifth, coming to Earth to enter a new peace accord. Only when Travis denies being the representative of humanity, the king decides to invade. Only just when he's about to give the order, he's turned into confetti by two newcomers as is his entire fleet! Said newcomers are Travis' kids from the future, Hunter and Jeane. It seems badassery just runs in the family!
