Awesome / Medal of Honor: Rising Sun

• The whole Pearl Harbor level, which is the second level of the game. You get to experience Pearl Harbor yourself as your watercraft wanders through the entire battlezone trying to reach the USS Arizona, only to have it bombed to Kingdom Come right before your eyes. What follows next is a hair-raising, bone-chilling experience as the watercraft wanders through the remains of the Arizona, where you get to see the entire destruction, including countless of dead americans in the waters. It's an incredible mixture of CMOA and Tearjerker which leaves you frothing with rage and revenge against the responsible for such human loss.

  • It is obligatory that you listen to the game's soundtrack by Christopher Lennertz during this level, specially during the bombing of the Arizona.
• "Midnight Raid on the Guadalcanal" had you and Gunny capture an airfield, destory an ammo depot and rub out multiple Japanese soldiers in the jungle with nothing but your Springfield, M1911 and Gunny's Winchester.
• Bromley's Big Damn Heroes moment in "Singapore Sling". After the German officer (who was in his undies) exposes you for stealing his uniform, Bromley crashes down the roof (having first kicked the rooftop guard through the glass ceiling) and then proceeds to flush out all the pistol brandishing officers with a Sten machine gun in each hand!
  Phillip Bromley: Didn't think I would leave you with the sticky wicket, did you mate?
• Later on, you get revenge for Pearl Harbor in the final mission, where you and Bromley invade Commander Shima's very own ship in order to assassinate him and put an end to the war. It ends on an fantastic dogfight between you and countless numbers of Japanese pilots as Bromley struggles to get the plane in the air, only to do so right at the last second before the entire ship is blown up from the inside.
