• To this day she is one of the only women to have their own video and DVD (Chyna appeared together with Triple H, Lita was a solo act.) The only other woman with this accomplishment? Trish Stratus.
• Her WWE debut. In a Squash Match on Sunday Night Heat, Essa Rios beat Gillberg for the Light Heavyweight Championship by hitting Gillberg with a moonsault. Problem was it very nearly missed, just barely clipping Gillberg's legs. Lita, whose gimmick at that time was Rios's Perky Female Minion who would use the same move he just finished a match with on whatever opponent he beat, hits Gillberg with a moonsault of her own, only she nails it perfectly, leaving the announcers and fans in awe.
• She was involved in a lot of firsts during her time in WWE; first woman to headline a main event match on Raw, first woman to wrestle in a cage match, winner of first ever all women battle royal, first to be in a Lumberjill match, etc.
• In a strange feud where she was being stalked by Dean Malenko, Lita would fight and beat him, but in one contest Matt Hardy ran in to make the save. In the heat of the moment after the win he kisses her, immediately apologizes, then goes to retreat backstage. After a moment of confusion Lita chases after him where he again tries to apologize when she stops him...by returning the kiss. Also a CMOH.
• In the series finale of Dark Angel Lita guest starred and broke her neck. Shortly after surgery, she gives Vince McMahon a phone call, and asks him how many steps Chris Benoit had climbed shortly after his own similar surgery the year before. After being told, she proudly told Vince that she'd just beaten Benoit's record.
• In a feud when Lita was pregnant, Trish taunted her about it. She reacted with an assault that eclipsed most men's fights in viciousness, leaving Trish with a broken nose. In the following match, the commentators were concerned with how vicious Lita was.
• She participated in the completely insane second Tables, Ladders and Chairs match at Wrestlemania X-Seven. Every participating team got an 11th-Hour Ranger to help them, with Lita being the Hardy Boyz's ranger. She gave and took just as much punishment as any of the eight men who also competed.
