As humanity faces the imminent threat of A.I. authoritarianism, with the fate of the entire world now rests on the villains, this spin-off delivers noteworthy and magnificent moments to prove what it means to be a Kamen Rider.

In general

  • Every time returning Riders unlocking their new Super Modes after their shows ended and returning characters transforming into new Rider forms like Desast. The only exception to this however is Banno, as his Bronze Drive form is a downgrade of his Gold Drive form, although his raw power is kept intact at the cost of durability since he was revived with a Humagear body.
  • With the announcement of episode 5, among the returning characters includes Tsumuri of all people. At this point, at least one character representing the three Kamen Rider series penned by Yuya Takahashi appearing together in Outsiders comes off as awesome in and of itself.

Episodes

ep. 0: End of Genms, Beginning of the Plan
  • Smart Queen as Kamen Rider Delta being able to hold off Genm Musou is a sight to behold. She could have nearly won the fight had Kuroto not paused time.

ep. 1: Mirror World Treasure and Return of Ouja

  • Asakura regaining his memories of the Rider War once he got hold of his Advent Deck, not only we finally get to see the very same madman finally back in action, the first thing he does is emerging from the Mirror World to scare the Jeebus out of Chuuta Nezu before killing him.
  • Ouja making short work of the other three participants in the artificial Rider War so he gets to face the Final Boss, Kamen Rider Odin. Asakura pre-emptively summons Venosnaker to attack Odin to steal his Survive Mugen card.
  • Ouja Survive, full stop. Originally, a SIC Hero Saga exclusive final form now making its Live-Action TV debut. Asakura is able to make short work of Odin, to the point he finishes the last Rider off by repeatedly stabbing before kicking him off the wall, breaking the Mirror World and sending him back to the surface.

ep. 2: Omen of Destruction and Desast's Resurrection

  • Desast transforming into his own Rider form, thanks to his bond with Ren. He quickly makes short work of Kamen Rider Ark-Zero, who did not expect this to happen. Desast effortlessly overpowers Ark-Zero before capping it off with his signature Calamity Strike.

ep. 3: The Battle Fight Resumes and Birth of Zein

ep. 4: Crazy Time and Zein's Identity

  • Zein and Ark-Zero having their long-awaited showdown, almost being a recreation of Daguva and Kuuga Ultimate Form's Final Battle. Zein dominates the latter for most of the scene and is close to finishing Ark-Zero had Brain not interfered.
  • Brain deserves much credit not just for protecting the Ark (and Horobi) from Kamen Rider Zein, he manages to prevent Yuto from spiraling further to a dark path. It was thanks to Heart's influence on his fellow Roidmudes that Brain fully understands right from wrong, pointing out that Yuto's actions make him no better than the villains he previously fought.
  • Kamen Rider Garren unlocks King Form, giving the Ark a well-deserved Laser-Guided Karma from the earlier battle.
