  • Jim closing the TeamViewer session of a scammer in "This is why you never let anyone remotely access your computer" who was moving a victim's files to the Recycle Bin For the Evulz. He was later able to contact the victim and successfully helped her restore the files.
  • Jim observes a victim giving Best Buy gift cards totaling $2000 to a scammer, but does not have the victim's contact info. Realizing that the scammers could take minutes to use the gift cards for their own purposes, Jim spends the gift cards on a MacBook Pro, then calls Best Buy support to try to cancel the purchase and the cards blocked. By sheer luck, not only does he find a sympathetic person at the support line, the original victim had called in a few minutes earlier, and the cards are indeed blocked by the Best Buy support team.
  • In "Destroying a scam call center", Jim manages to get the operators of a scam group to shut down their operations, after flooding their phone lines with useless calls, notifying their payment processors and all of their victims, and confronting the owners with the evidence.
  • Jim's four-part expose on a group of scammers operating out of the back of a travel agency in Delhi, India takes the cake. Not only does he use his normal methods of scam disruption, Jim is also able to access the call center's CCTV system to observe the scammers' work. And then gives the footage to the BBC's Panorama, which then airs a documentary based on Jim's work on said call center. The Indian police arresting the heads of the scam (a rare occurrence in Jim's videos) is icing on the cake.
  • Jim Browning collaborates with Mark Rober to use one of Mark's glitter bomb packages to catch a phone scammer. After a brief diversion where an innocent person is sent the glitter bomb, they then collaborate with Scammer Payback posing as an easy mark to find one of the scammers' supervisorsnote  in Illinois, who got sent a glitter bomb. Another supervisor in Texas was not only sent a package, but also arrested and charged by authorities. And three more supervisors were also sent glitter bombs, and are under investigation by the authorities. Meanwhile, Jim identifies the scammers in India, and manages to get a $100 Walmart gift card from the scammers. Mark promises further updates as the operation evolves.
    • While intercepting a package containing over 12,000 dollars from an unfortunate victim, Jim's PI discovers that another victim's package had arrived. They intercepted both and returned the money to its rightful owners.
    • A year after the original video, the promised update videos are even better. With the help of the Trilogy Media team, Mark Rober gets his glitter bomb into a scam call center, while adding various other devices that cause more relatively harmless fun, from stink gels hidden in water bottles, to a device that releases cockroaches and rats in the call center. As for Jim Browning, he sets up a couple of digital pranks, turning the scammer voices into chipmunks and wasting their time with prank calls.
