• Shirou had the audacity to punch Gilgamesh in the face! You know, the guy who could kill him a thousand times over he ever got remotely close to serious. Granted it didn't really do much, but both Shirou and Kariya left the fight feeling satisfied with leaving the Golden King utterly humiliated at having let such a weak Servant accomplish this.
  • Plus, Avenger's line before he engages Gilgamesh echoes the taunt that Shirou gave Gil back in UBW:
