  • During Pyrrha's Freak Out, she jumps into the Emerald Forest and starts killing every Grimm she can find. In fact, she has to use her ability to control them to force them to fight her, because they are terrified and try to run away. She almost wakes up the Grimm Wyvern before Emerald interrupts her, noting it will let her vent her rage for a couple minutes. Qrow had earlier said that while she'd be a tricky opponent, he was pretty sure he could take her if he had to. After he sees this, that goes out the window.
  • Marcus Black is one of the best assassins in the world, and with the help of the Belladonnas is able to get within arm's reach of Jaune. Blake instantly identifies him as not a regular staff member (proving her worth as spymaster), then teleports over to him and drains him dry before he manages to get his weapon out.
  • With Marcus dead, Kali goes into a rage and slices Jaune's throat open. Blake starts beating her to death with her bare hands. Jaune uses his literal last breath (he has to hold his throat closed with his hand) to order her to stop.
  • Pyrrha finally goes all-out, demonstrating why she is the Eagle.
    • She unleashes her Armory, thousands of weapons that she can control with perfect telekinetic precision. She fights three of the most dangerous people in the world: Summer Rose (Super-Speed and Silver Eyes), Harriet Bee (Super-Speed), and Clover Ebi (good luck to boost all three of them). It's specifically noted that she's massively weakened by Summer's eyes, and is still making an effort not to kill them. She still humiliates them; even Summer only lasts a couple minutes.
    • Once Summer goes down, Glynda calls all of Beacon, including the foreign students in town for the festival, to support her. Hundreds of Huntsmen and Huntresses work together in a beautiful display of skill and cooperation... and Pyrrha curb-stomps them. While still trying not to kill anyone.
She heard Peter's booming laugh explode as he charged with his axe out, hurling himself forward. With Glynda tying up Pyrrha's cloud of weaponry, Peter could throw himself through the whirling steel to trade blows directly with Salem's General. Axe met sword in a tremendous clash, as Bart fired relentlessly, leading a team of student gunners to unleash as much firepower as they could against her in a broadside.
But it didn't bring Summer much hope to see it.
      They didn't stand a chance.
Without the pressure of Summer's Silver Eyes, nothing was keeping Pyrrha's own powers in check. The pugilist was flung backwards with only a glance, Peter's incredible strength was nothing against hers, and Pyrrha could duel a hundred foes at once if she needed to. The attack was fought off nearly as soon as it had begun, with Pyrrha once more on the offensive, her weaponry everywhere, with jets of black flame suddenly bursting forth from the floor. Glynda did all she could to shield the students, but it was a rout. Black clouds of poison and fire swirled through the room as Pyrrha's power only seemed to grow as more joined the battle, the ground cracking beneath her as her rage grew more and more terrible, the students powerless against a foe so far beyond them.
    • When Pyrrha nearly cuts off Yang's arm, Ruby's silver eyes finally activate, weakening Pyrrha while Ruby runs in and slashes her with Crescent—note that Pyrrha had barely even been touched before this point, and Summer notes that most Silver-Eyed Warriors (including herself) go into a coma the first time they use their eyes, but Ruby is fighting with them at full blast. It's still not enough.
    • What finally ends the fight? Yang, barely holding her almost-severed arm in place, barely able to speak through the pain, stumbles over to Pyrrha and begs her to just stop. Because she hasn't done anything yet that can't be forgiven. And it finally works.
