  • The Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind manga. The cast consists of many a Badass Adorable braving through one challenge after the next, and even the details are exquisitely drawn.
  • The October 1982 issue contains a drawing of Urusei Yatsura...in the studio the anime was animated in, with the staff.
    • In the same issue, there's a section where Hayao Miyazaki and Yasuo Ōtsuka answer fan-submitted questions.
  • In the April 1985 issue, there's a section for fans of Leiji Matsumoto from the United States of America. It consists of fanart, fan-letters and supportive messages, in both English and Japanese. One fan, Debra L. Vorgias from Florida, sent a poem.
MAYA
Across the Sea of Space, I hear you calling me.
I close my eye, remembering other days... younger days
of Lovers.
I hold you tightly in my embrace. I feel your touch, your kiss and my soul knows peace.
Across the Sea of Time,
I knew you and called you Love. There was no present,
only a future filled with promise, bright promise.
We were happy then, like children. Yet, Death always followed,
sundering us, tearing us
from the peace we craved.
Across the Sea of Stars,
I yearn for you and the Love we shared. One day, we will again be together,
the stars forever home.
Our home.
And we shall find peace.
My love, I will find you,
another time,
another place.
Together we shall find Arcadia.
  • The October 1985 issue held a poll of which Zeta Gundam fans favoured the most. The results, shockingly, were Four in first place and Char in the second.
  • The October 1978 issue shines a spotlight on the work of J. R. R. Tolkien, specifically The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings and it's many anime adaptations.
    • The same issues also discusses some of Disney's oldest works, such as older Mickey Mouse cartoons and Alice Gets In Dutch.
