• In the first chapter Aitachi's magical side story that goes into his past, he surprises the main character that he is getting the food for Non-Non (the resident pig), while he had been fed not that long ago. He explains that the pig is growing skinnier and skinnier, and he wonders why. The main character also asks herself why others didn't tell her of it. It turns out that the food has gotten all wet, causing Non-Non to stop eating. The main character then berates the ones who were on pig feeding duty and states that, if not were for Aitachi, Non-Non would have starved. So, more or less, Aitachi saved Non-Non's life.
