In Hungary for instance, it became one of the most famous pieces of animation ''ever'', and is still shown on television. Its influence even reached unrelated media -- perhaps the strangest example is in the 2nd Hungarian dub of ''WesternAnimation/BatmanTheAnimatedSeries'', wherein ComicBook/HarleyQuinn gives the AffectionateNickname "Smirre" to the redhead ComicBook/PoisonIvy, after the famous red fox of the anime series.
