* FanPreferredCouple: Leia and Gwen. Fan reaction has been heavily in favor of the two especially since they're the show's version of Eric and Donna. The two meet by Leia gawking at Gwen as she is singing in Donna's old room.

* CharacterDerailment: Eric is even more of a Star Wars nerd to the point he teaches it professionally, Jackie snapped back to her early season ControlFreak abusive habits & was unfaithful to Fez by leaving him for Kelso. And Kelso went back to Jackie despite realising in Season 4 of Series/That70sShow that they weren't right for each other because of her abusive tendencies.

* HoYay: Jay and Nate. If it wasn’t explicitly stated that they were into girls, you’d think they were into each other.
** Leia and Gwen too. Gwen spends a lot of time telling Leia how awesome she is and Leia follows Gwen around like a kid with a crush.

* BrokenBase: It being revealed that Jackie and Kelso got back together after the conclusion of the original show. While very few enjoyed her romance with Fez in season 8, there is a divide between those who are fine with it on account that the actors are married in real life and others feel that it undoes Jackie's character development. [[spoiler:The revelation that she seemingly got back together with Kelso shortly after Fez found her talking to him on the phone, implying that she had been cheating on him, doesn't help matters.]]
