* CompleteMonster: The Empress from what has been revealed about her. Take everything negative about the 40000}} Imperium of Man and the Emperor, and remove the most of the aspects that gave some validation to their genocides, and you still don't everything evil about her. She sets a state religion devoted to herself, and has anybody slightly out of line either gets conscripted in her army, re-educated, or executed, ensures a life of luxury herself and her select nobility while forcing the common people who she refers to as her children to live on overcrowded CrapsackWorlds. If there is even the slightest hint of rebellion, the entire planet's population executed and replaced. Her response to fighting a losing rebellion against the Gens, which were rebelling because of her oppression, is to cause the Eternal Night and plan to reconquer the galaxy later, and wages war against the Star Republic to wipe the Gens out because she finds them "impure".
-->"I am willing to destroy the entire time stream in order to remove the foul stench of the Gens from this universe. You have my permission to use any temporal or arcane technique to erase them from my sight.
