No longer a thing. Already covered above.

* ShockingSwerve: The twist of Rumple becoming the Dark One again, despite spending half a season seemingly earning his redemption for good this time. Let it also be noted that he finally had Belle again too.

** Rumple gaining control of the Dagger. Which doesn't make sense since it was reunited with Excalibur. It ''was'' the Dark One (Nimue) who caused the dagger to be cut off from the sword in the first place, so if anyone would know how to do it again it'd be Rumple, and he did have a potion in his shop which could accomplish it, but that potion's existence also came out of nowhere.

Although it is possible information on how to make it may have been in the Dark One Chronicles Rumple mentioned in the previous episode.

Internet Backdraft is now Flame Bait and being dewicked per TRS.

* InternetBackdraft: Once again Rumple seems to have redeemed himself.....and then it turns out he hasn't changed at all. Out of all the villains, it seems the writers really don't want Rumple to be able to redeem himself; makes you wonder why they put him through the HumiliationConga last season if he was never going to change. [[YoyoPlotPoint The whole cycle]] of Belle breaking up with him because she can't trust him and then them getting back together because she thinks he's changed is ''really'' tedious at this point.

Added DiffLines:

** Hook's father being woken from the sleeping curse by a woman he'd never met before. TrueLovesKiss has been established to only work when the love is both mutual and acknowledged. He tries to HandWave it by saying he could hear her caring for him. Within the show's logic, the only way this could be feasible is if the woman herself was once under a sleeping curse, and they met in the astral plane.
* SugarWiki/HeReallyCanAct: After a whole half-season of mostly scowling and saying "bloody hell" over and over, Colin O'Donaghue brings it when Hook has to make a HeroicSacrifice.

Added DiffLines:

* {{Narm}}:
** Hook's father says "while I slumbered", continuing the tradition of Season 5 PurpleProse.
** While searching Gold's shop, Emma hears Henry screaming in panic from outside. Cut to outside, and he's standing there quite stoically.

* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot: The Dark Ones coming back to the land of the living. They really do nothing except mark the souls of the living beings they want to sacrifice in exchange for being able to live again. Although the implication is that they can't do anything until they are fully in the flesh again, and that if the souls had been traded, they'd have then been free to do plenty of truly awful things to Storybrooke to snuff out the light.

** Emma hearing the Dagger, which she shouldn't be able to since she's no longer has any connection to the Darkness. It's hand-waved by the fact that she's an ex-Dark One who happens to be still alive.
