** Did Ray steal Roy's identity and throned because he blamed his brother for him getting lost years earlier? Or was it because he was raised by the wrong kind of people and became a bad guy as a result, only using the fact that he got lost while playing with Roy as a DogKickingExcuse?

Or were they left in the dark and were JustFollowingOrders from who they thought was the real Roy?
