He knows Ben won't take the job in the end, but Doc Rat ''does'' end up reading a ton of materials on pregnancy-related blood pressure issues...which makes him the perfect person to take on Luella Jaegermond as a patient, putting him in closer proximity to her son Simon, Lockley's actual objective. Oh, and Penny Lockley never had blood pressure issues to begin with...
