** In the rewrite's Chapter 11, when Sketch starts questioning his own abilities thanks to Wind asking how that's possible, the FourthWall begins to crack slightly. Naryu, Din and Farore respond to the questioning of Nintendo logic by rerouting Red, Green, Blue, Vio, Dusk, Steam and Realm from the portal they were using (where they would have met up with Lore) to get to Sketch and Wind's island, thus fixing the FourthWall and leaving the goddesses very relieved and the Links none the wiser.

* OutOfFocus:
** The author consciously tries to avert that kind of stuff. Dusk and Lore, due to their popularity, tend to get a bit more of the spotlight than the others, but every Link gets his own distinct personality and character moments.
** The villains mostly escape this too, since the way the story is structured means that each one gets ADayInTheLimelight. That said, some of them (read: any large pig things named Ganon) have rather interchangeable personalities.

* MagnificentBastard: [[BunnyEarsLawyer Lore]] might not seem to fit the traditional image at first, but he's a master of manipulating his opponents. His methods are deliberately so [[RefugeInAudacity bizarre]] and [[CrazyEnoughToWork insane]] that the bad guys never catch on until it's too late. And, as the Christmas special proves, he's not above doing this to his allies either.

* MemeticLoser: Zant is this InUniverse. His mental instability (spectacularly [[CloudCuckooLander exaggerated]] and PlayedForLaughs in this fic) make him a bit of a punching bag for the rest of the villains. ** On the villains' side, Demise. The first fight in the fic results in Demise delivering a CurbStompBattle to the Links, largely because they (and the three goddesses) weren't prepared for him to have all the powers of every Zelda villain ever. The Links only escape because the three goddesses decide to intervene directly to help them, which makes them a target of Demise.
