* '''Cosmic Angels''' (Current leader: Tam Nakano): A sub-group that formed out of Stars. More cutesy and sugar coated than all the other factions, they're the softest side of the promotion. At first they were considered a sub-group of Stars, but after a few feuds with the group nowdays they're considered their own faction, making it the smallest one in the company.

* MissFanservice: The company took a similar approach to the by then defunct JD STAR in that it took to training models to be wrestlers while putting a heavy emphasis on glamour photo shoots. Glamour model Yuziki Aikawa was even immediately pushed as one of their top two baby faces straight out of the dojo, but aside from her, only Mayu Iwatani enjoyed career longevity. Undeterred, STARDOM simply did photo shoots with the wrestlers who did last in the models' places, with even the irreverent heels of Oedo~tai setting up breaks in between their mischief making and EvilGloating to doll up.

* MixedAncestry: Hana Kimura(Indonesian), Giulia(Italian), Natsumi(Mexican) and Syuri(Filipina) are mixed Japanese

* FallacyOfDivision: As individuals, Kairi Hojo, Mayu Iwatani and Io Shirai were among of the most vulnerable women to ever be called STARDOM's "[[TheAce Ace]]". Shirai, considered the most dominant of the three, was beaten flat by a then rookie Hudson Envy, but Shirai and Iwatani as a team were a nut Envy could not crack no matter which partner she recruited. Shirai, Iwatani and Hojo as a trio seemed nearly unstoppable at points.

* WeWereYourTeam: Tokyo Cyber Squad was one of the most known and beloved factions of STARDOM lead by Wrestling/HanaKimura. After her AuthorExistenceFailure in 2020, the stable broke up a couple of months later, with their members went to Stars and Oedo Tai after the end of TCS.

* InTheBlood: [[OneLetterName P]], Oedo~tai's periodically appearing [[TheOneGuy male manager]] and DiabolicalMastermind, also has an evil niece in Panko.

In October 2019, Creator/{{Bushiroad}}, parent company of Wrestling/NewJapanProWrestling, purchased Stardom. At Wrestle Kingdom 14 on January 4, 2020, Mayu Iwatani and Arisa Hoshiki faced Hana Kimura and Giulia in a tag team dark match, marking the first women's match to take place at a Wrestle Kingdom event.

* AntiHero: Tokyo Cyber Squad as whole, with the exception Jungle Kyona. They love chaoss and hate any authority they themselves didn't appoint. But they accept anyone so long as they can agree with those two points, and sometimes make exceptions to that as Kyona is evidence of, were dedicated to destroying the heels Stars were apparently too soft to handle and handled other faces on their own terms.

** Hana Kimura had been appearing in World Wonder Ring STARDOM with Oedo~tai since the Summer of 2016. She got a lot of attention, what with her dancing, winning of title belts-holding the Goddess Of Stardom for nearly a year with Kagetsu in particular, and her determination to end the career of Iwatani, but Kagetsu was the official leader of Oedo~tai and Kimura wasn't officially considered part of the STARDOM roster until May of 2019. By then she had turned on Kagetsu and was in the process of taking over the International Army and turning it into the miscreant Tokyo Cyber Squad. Granted, Kagetsu herself had been in and out of STARDOM in 2016 before finally getting a roster spot and becoming the official Oedo~tai leader in 2017.

* '''Wonder of Stardom Championship''': The "White Belt", Stardom's throwback to the title belts AJW created for itself. It was intended to decide the best in STARDOM, with most challengers being contracted by the company but started being defended in other Joshi feds and overseas as well when Meiko Satomura won the "World Of" belt and took it to Sendai Girls. ''Held by:'' Giulia, since 26 July 2020

* WorldOfActionGirls: It's home to some of the top women's wrestlers in the world.

* AmazonianBeauty: Yoko Bito's claim to fame was being bigger, stronger and better looking than STARDOM's MVP Yuzuki Aikawa. Nanae Takahashi and Hiroyo Matsumoto on the otherhand like rubbing in that ''they'' are bigger, stronger and in Matsumoto's case, sexier than Bito.

** Nanae Takahashi had come a long way in STARDOM from the woman who dropped her own tag team partner Ayako Hamada off a balcony in Zenjo. There really was no hint of irony, sarcasm or malice when she trashed Aikwawa thoroughly before STARDOM's first show and she was supportive in making Aikawa the MVP of STARDOM proper once it started. She's still one of the strongest and most violent people in the promotion, but she's full of love and empathy now.

* {{Chokeholds}}: Utami Hayashishita uses a lot of blood chokes, but in most cases doesn't have the patience to wait and see if they will work and mainly uses them as transitions for suplexes or slams. Questionable strategy as it is, she's strong and quick to enough to usually make it work. Her Queen's Quest stablemate Konami will wait out a triangle choke, but has no success in getting Hayashishita in seeing the validity in doing so.

** Nanae Takahashi is mostly nice here, but sometimes she thinks the kindest thing to do to a wrestler long term is to be mean to them in the now, that a trashing a referee or commissioner might deem excessive will [[ForYourOwnGood build character]].

Kris Wolf, AZM and Riho tended to be pushed this way after Taiyo's retirment but "Portugual's Perfect Athlete" Shanna claims to be the true queen of high speed.
* GoombaStomp: Kagetsu tends to do this to individual limbs or directly to weakened areas of the body. Evie also uses a version.

* TheDragon: Sendai Girls founder Meiko Satomura perennially attempts to destroy Thunder Rock, but sometimes she doesn't come herself and sends a proxy like frequent Sendai Girls champion Chihiro Hashimoto.

* AbnormalAmmo: Hiroyo Matsumoto accidentally shot Evie once. Luckily it was with a confetti gun, so it only harmed their egos. They also tried to shoot Kairi Hojo with streamer guns in revenge for Io Shirai ForceFeeding Kellie Skater a streamer, but this also lead to friendly fire.

* BoundAndGagged: Hana Kimura's Oedo~tai repeatedly tried to kidnap and or kill Mayu Iwatani, which included trying to bind and gag her with the streamers fans were throwing Iwatani's way.

* KickChick Arisa Hoshiki regularly alternates between at least six different knee strikes and can kick in an even wider variety of ways. Evie grapples more, but is also a notorious kicker.

As Andras Miyagi showed, headbanging is not dance, Hana will take your legs for it.

Some fans mistook Vaughan for Skater until she changed her gear.
