'''World Wonder Ring Stardom''', usually referred to as simply ''Stardom'', is a Japanese women's ProfessionalWrestling promotion founded in 2010 by former Wrestling/AllJapanWomensProWrestling (AJW) co-producer Rossy Ogawa, retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist Fuka Kakimoto, and former AJW veteran professional wrestler Nanae Takahashi. In February 2020, Bushiroad announced that it had let go of Stardom co-founder Hiroshi "Rossy" Ogawa due to the latter's alleged talent poaching and funneling them towards the [=WWE=]. In April of the same year, Ogawa announced that he was establishing a new promotion called Dream Star Fighting Marigold, taking a number of Stardom talent with him.
