* EvenEvilHasStandards: In Episode 37, [[spoiler: Gork Yodol becomes fed up with Prina's repeated attempts to kill Valerian and Laureline despite Supreme Commander wanting them alive, to the point he destroys her ships and saves them both.]]

* ForWantOfANail: By taking Laureline out of the Middle Ages, Valerian accidentally sets a chain of events that makes the Earth as well all traces of it, disappear.
