In order to save them, the Little Prince must leave his beloved Rose behind on Asteroid B-612, and begin a wild chase across galaxy. Hopping from planet to planet with Fox, his faithful friend, the Little Prince thus discovers fascinating worlds ruled either by fanciful, eccentric, preposterous or utopian laws.
Not to be confused with the earlier 1978 anime adaptation by Creator/KnackProductions which was shown on Creator/{{Nickelodeon}} during the 1980s, nor with the 2015 [[TheFilmOfTheBook film adaptation]] ''WesternAnimation/{{The Little Prince|2015}}''.

There's even a bit in the first episode where the Little Prince almost falls off a clock tower and the citizen who grabs him asks "You're not thinking of departing already, are you?" (at least in the Korean dubbing). It's interesting to see the animated series for some reason didn't get rid of the [[spoiler:weird suicide connotations of the original novel.]]
