Sonic says it's better that a world end rather then staying stagnant in ''[[VideoGame/SonicStorybookSeries Sonic and The Black Knight]]''. Yet he doesn't allow that to happen in other games such as ''VideoGame/SonicBattle'', ''VideoGame/SonicAdventure'' ''VideoGame/SonicAdventure2'' or ''VideoGame/SonicLostWorld''.

Charmy Bee is supposed to be a male bee. However male bees are lethargic and don't have offensive stingers, while Charmy is hyper and has a stinger like a worker bee. The HiveQueen of his people saw him as a freak against nature, and booted him out. Vector decided to look after him, but since male bees [[DeathBySex die after mating]] Charmy can't comprehend the idea of a father figure, so he just annoys Vector out of confusion.

Okay, let's start out with the theory of the Chaos Emeralds being a manifestation of the concept of chaos. After the emeralds were made, some unknown life form, presumably a single cell, absorbed the power of them and became a god. The god decided to make a world. He did so, but the life forms living on it made it into a festering pit of darkness. The god created a creature (Dark Gaia) to destroy the world. The god decided that he would do better on his next try, but first made a creature (Light Gaia/[[spoiler:Chip]]) to protect the better life forms from Dark Gaia. He then made Chao, what seemed to be the best creatures fit for the planet, as they embodied innocence. He made non-anthros for the enjoyment of his "children". Some Chao liked the non-anthros so much that they tried to imitate them. This led to the creation of the anthros. The anthros are different because they are capable of corruption (a trait later passed on to pure Chao), have special powers, and go through more changes during maturity (the differences between Classic and Modern Sonic). The god also created Humans, who were more complex, but seperated from the Chao and Anthros until they found them milinniea later. The god (let's call him Thysis) then discovered two new planets (Dark Comet and Planet Wisp). Thysis sent Chao to the planets in hope for colonization. The Planet Wisp colonizers became the Bablonians (their appearances came from the birds brought there, and the Extreme Gear came from their facination with the Wisps' powers of flight). Unfortunately, the Black Comet colonizers became corrupted by the comet's powers, and became the Black Arms. Thysis was fortunately able to delay the Black Comet's arrival near the planet. He looked for more planets in the universe, before realizing that he had to handle one project at a time. He sent out a Chao to colonize other planets. The Chao went mad with power and became a tyrant ([[VideoGame/{{Ristar}} Kaiser Greedy]]). Thysis tried to destroy him, but couldn't find the strength to kill any of his children, after the tragedy that was the first project. Greedy was sealed away instead. Thysis knew that Greedy would return, so he created a race of Star-Knights (Ristar's species) to fight him off if he should return. One night, Thysis fell asleep and had a nightmare. With him in the nightmare was a child, who was sucked into a dark abyss. Suddenly, Thysis got many complaints of nightmares, usually featuring a dark wizard ([[VideoGame/NightsIntoDreams Wizeman]]). Thysis soon had an idea. He went to sleep, and when he got to the world of Nightmare, he balanced it out by making one side Nightopia. He also sent a beam of light into the depths of Nightmare, hoping that it would turn into a positive Nightmaren ([=NiGHTS=]). Thysis also created a physical system that balanced the power of each side of the Dreamworld and the Gaias, [[VideoGame/BillyHatcherAndTheGiantEgg Morning Land]]. Thysis realized that being a god is very hard, and he could not protect his children alone. First, he summoned a large community of Echidnas, and told them about the Master, Super, and Chaos Emeralds. He told them to protect the emeralds with their lives, and christened them 'The Guardians'. Then, Thysis produced an Egg from his own genes. He gave the one inside the Egg great powers over the emeralds, being able to harness their energy easier than most. He gave the being inside the Egg a big heart, like his, and a strong will, so he would not meet the same fate as Greedy. He then realized that he would be happier if he protected the world by instinct instead of by command. So with great reluctancy, he placed the Egg on the planet, and made himself invisible to all life forms that would come in contact with the being. He then spent many years attempting to get a Chao to copy a human. After several generations, [[spoiler: Dr. Ivo Robotnik]] was born. Thysis then set his plan in motion by hatching the Egg. Once it hatched, Thysis produced a tag labeled [[spoiler: Sonic]] for the Hero to read when he was able to read it and ready to start [[spoiler: his]] world-changing journey. Over the course of the years, Thysis set up all of [[spoiler: Sonic]]'s grand adventures to prepare [[spoiler: him]] for what lies ahead. One day, all the heroes created by Thysis will team up to stop the destruction of the Sonic Team Universe, and learn of their true creator. Crazy Taxi and Space Channel 5 likely take place in human civilization, while the protagonists of Billy Hatcher are likely Chao-Humans. You got me on VideoGame/ChuChuRocket and PhantastyStar.

Think about it, by VideoGame/SonicHeroes, Metal Sonic had technological capibilities on the level of [[{{Superman}} Brainiac]]. So it would be safe to assume a fragment of his newfound nanotech could preserve his personality. When Eggman Negga first returned to the future, that fragment followed him, and took over Metal Sonic 3.0. When Sonic defeats Metal Sonic 3.0, he drops off the screen and is never seen or mentioned again. So one could think Metal Sonic staged his demise for both bodies to truly hide in the shadows and overthrow Eggman.

By all rights Shadow should have been paralysed by Black Doom's gas, especially considering that if he's a part of the Black Arms, [[HiveQueen Black Doom]] should have even more control over him(its highly implied that he's mind-controlling his own soldiers). But he isn't. Why? "Shadow" isn't truly alive, but actually a highly sophisticated Shadow Android [[TomatoInTheMirror designed to think and feel like Shadow.]] The reason for the amnesia? Eggman could only put in what he knows about Shadow's memories, so there are gaps. Having fur and outward biological appearance? Eggman couldn't have Shadow falling into the UncannyValley. Flanderization? Eggman can't copy the genuine aspect of Shadow's personality. The reason why Shadow [[FridgeLogic doesn't ask questions to anyone]] is because Eggman can't have him finding out that he's a fake. Now why did Eggman go to all the trouble of recreating Shadow, beyond the obvious power usage? After Rouge managed to play TheMole, Eggman realised the value of espionage and thus created the perfect EvilKnockoff-one who [[ManchurianAgent actually thinks he's the real thing]], [[RidiculouslyHumanRobots looks the part perfectly]] and can exploit that knowledge to full effect. The original already having the disease immunity and agelessness of a machine was just an added benefit. The problem was that the replicate Shadow [[GoneHorriblyRight was too much like the original]], and immediately tried to rebel. Eggman built E-123 Omega to lock him, and decided instead to make a robot that could disguise as anyone, but wouldn't have the rebellious personality: Neo Metal Sonic. Unfortunately for Eggman, Metal Sonic already had a rebellious personality-turning him [[Film/Terminator2JudgmentDay into the T-1000]] gave him an opening.
