** The JP 2nd Anniversary update is set to add a "sparking" pity system that allows players to build up pity currency with Lodestar Bead pulls and exchange them for cards. The Global version, despite mostly following JP release schedule, is also set to get this system at the same time as JP.

Otherwise averted, as the writing for the story cutscenes is praised as one of the best parts of the game.
