With the notes of previous victims scattered throughout the mansion, the journey becomes a genuine nightmare... while still retaining the cartoonish and playful elements throughout to give it a strange flavor all its own as you go deeper into the depths of Spooky's house and discover her true plans.

* AnAxeToGrind: In room 554, you acquire an axe which can be used to chop down Specimen 1 whenever it shows up, or fight back against the [[AnimalisticAbomination killer deer]].

On December 18th of the same year, the DLC ''Karamari Hospital'' debuted. debuted, in which the protagonist is tasked by Spooky to explore the titular AbandonedHospital lying at the bottom of the mansion and discover what happens there. Unlike most sections of the main game, which only is a small collection of rooms, ''Karamari Hospital'' seems to be much more complex, with multiple new Specimens called Monsters and other strange things. On October 2nd, 2020, a new DLC was released, entitled The ''The Doll House.House'' or ''Spooky's Dollhouse'', and serves as a definitive conclusion to the story. Taking place immediately after the end of ''Karamari Hospital'', it has the protagonist find and explore a dollhouse-like floor where GL Labs conducted experiments to bind spirits to dolls. With several new Specimens lurking in the halls, the protagonist must carry around a spiritually-enchanted doll to solve puzzles, get through doors, and discover the truth behind GL Labs, all while Spooky continues to watch them.
