A series of multiconsole video games [[MassiveMultiplayerCrossover combining multiple cartoons]] featured on the children's TV network {{Creator/Nickelodeon}}. Only the first game in this series goes by the title ''Nicktoons Unite!'', but considering all four games are about {{Franchise/Nicktoons}} characters joining forces to defeat a common enemy, we might as well consider it the name of the series as well.

* '''''Nicktoons Unite!''''' (2005 - UsefulNotes/PlayStation2, UsefulNotes/NintendoGameCube, UsefulNotes/GameBoyAdvance; 2006 - UsefulNotes/NintendoDS): [[WesternAnimation/TheAdventuresOfJimmyNeutronBoyGenius Professor Calamitous]] joins forces with [[WesternAnimation/SpongeBobSquarePants Plankton]], [[WesternAnimation/TheFairlyOddparents Mr. Crocker]], and [[WesternAnimation/DannyPhantom Vlad Plasmius]] to form an [[LegionOfDoom Evil Syndicate]]. They start stealing energy from their respective worlds in order to power a DoomsdayDevice to [[EarthShatteringKaboom blow up the multiverse]]. To counter this, [[WesternAnimation/TheAdventuresOfJimmyNeutronBoyGenius Jimmy Neutron]] recruits WesternAnimation/SpongeBobSquarePants, [[WesternAnimation/TheFairlyOddparents Timmy Turner]] (who is of course accompanied by Cosmo and Wanda), and WesternAnimation/DannyPhantom to help him venture into their worlds to stop the villains..

* '''''[=SpongeBob=] [=SquarePants=] featuring Nicktoons: Globs of Doom''''' (2008 - Wii, [=PS2=], DS): A slimy cyclops alien race known as the Morphoids and their strange orange goo envelop the Nicktoons' worlds, enslaving all innocent bystanders, so the heroes (Jimmy, [=SpongeBob=], Patrick, Danny, and Tak) join forces with the Evil Syndicate (now made up of [[WesternAnimation/DannyPhantom Technus]], [[WesternAnimation/TheAdventuresOfJimmyNeutronBoyGenius Beautiful Gorgeous]], and [[WesternAnimation/TakAndThePowerOfJuju Traloc]], with Plankton the only "veteran" member) to get to the bottom of it. In addition, WesternAnimation/InvaderZim lies his way onto the heroes' side (claiming he's "not evil, just curious"), prompting his nemesis Dib to join the Evil Syndicate. They eventually find out the cause of it all as a result of the BigBad, an alien named Globulous, continually [[BodySnatcher body snatching]] [=SpongeBob=] because he's sick of his life. In spite of having a new main character to accompany them, ''WesternAnimation/TheFairlyOddparents'' characters are oddly [[ChuckCunninghamSyndrome absent from this one]]. This was the last installment in the series.

* AdaptationalBadass: A lot of the characters in this series normally wouldn't be likely to put up much of a fight against some of the {{Mooks}} in their own shows, but in these games, they're all more than capable of kicking ass. Special mention goes to [[WesternAnimation/RockosModernLife Rocko]], who goes from being a timid everyman to being able to destroy killer toys.

** ''Globs of Doom'' features a giant orange BlobMonster called Globulous Maximus as the BigBad, who is technically based off the {{Creator/Nickelodeon}} slime imagery but doesn't actually appear in any of the represented shows.

* SpiritualSuccessor: The series can be considered one to the early 2000's Nicktoons crossover games such as ''VideoGame/NicktoonsRacing'' (which features [=SpongeBob=], Patrick[[note]] Plankton also shows up as the [[SecretCharacter Mystery Racer]].[[/note]], [[WesternAnimation/{{Rugrats}} Tommy and Angelica Pickles]], WesternAnimation/{{CatDog}}, Stimpy, [[WesternAnimation/TheWildThornberrys Eliza Thornberry, Darwin]], [[WesternAnimation/HeyArnold Arnold, Helga]], [[WesternAnimation/TheAngryBeavers Daggett, Norbert]], and [[WesternAnimation/AaahhRealMonsters Ickis]]) and ''VideoGame/NickelodeonPartyBlast'' (which features [=SpongeBob=], Jimmy, ZIM, Tommy, Angelica, Eliza, and [[WesternAnimation/RocketPower Otto and Reggie Rocket]]).[[note]] [=CatDog=] also appears as the announcer.[[/note]]

* DarkerAndEdgier: ''Nicktoons Unite!'' (the first game) is this. Compared to the sequels and especially the other games featuring the {{Franchise/Nicktoons}}, this one is considerably darker and more serious. It certainly doesn't help the fact that the humor is toned down here, and all the antagonists of the shows [[BigBadDuumvirate have formed an alliance]] to have total dominance and be unstoppable. Even the game's art style is noticeably less cartoonish and more realistic than the other Nicktoons games. Muted colors and a dramatic orchestral score predominate here, which is quite rare coming from the lighthearted nature of the Nicktoons. The sequels, however, are considerably [[LighterAndSofter more cartoonish and focused on comedy]].

* TheArtifact: In the previous games, touching a deadly object or falling off a platform simply teleports the player to a safer area, with a "Poof!" effect lifted straight from ''WesternAnimation/TheFairlyOddparents''. This was {{Hand Wave}}d in the former two games as Cosmo and Wanda using their power to protect the player, but it's harder to justify in ''Globs of Doom'' since Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda [[ChuckCunninghamSyndrome aren't present]].[[note]]Although the effect in the aforementioned game appears to be a darker shade of purple and has added crystal effects, seeming to imply the protection is thanks to the Mawgu technology.[[/note]]
