* PressurePlate: Several closed doors can be opened by stepping on plates, and Kitty needs to locate wooden blocks for the doors to stay open. Sometimes he needs to lug behind a block around because an area with ''two'' pressure-triggered doors could have only one block.
* PunBasedTitle: Based on "''VideoGame/DevilMayCry''", for no coherent reason considering there's ''nothing'' in common between the two games (a chibi-cat platformer and a demon slaying badass?).
* VentPhysics: Some of the ledges are too high for Kitty to reach, even with the Multi-Jump, but there are vent mechanisms Kitty can activate and send a pillar of air allowing him to float upwards.
