* RefugeInAudacity: Because the game was released on the exact same day as ''VideoGame/{{Hatred}}'' (in the Summer of 2015, just as Western game development was publicly becoming much more thoughtful and aware regarding the depiction of women in videogames primarily in terms of hypersexualization and violence against women), in combination with its subject matter, there were accusations made the game was trying to either make a quick buck on controversy or make some sort of reactionary social statement. However, based on the developer's later games, which have been very positively received and have nothing to do with politics or culture, this may have simply been a matter of coincidence and poor timing.
