* LimitedAnimation: While it didn't create the concept (''WesternAnimation/CrusaderRabbit'' beats it by eight years), it certainly broke it down to a science. When Screen Gems and Hanna-Barbera sold the show to NBC, they could only get about $3000 per half hour of cartoon. As where a typical ''Tom & Jerry'' cartoon used up to 25,000 drawings, a four-minute episode of ''Ruff & Reddy'' used roughly 3,000 drawings. While the graphics in early episodes were near-nihilistic, things looked more refined later.

** Pirated episodes recorded off Boomerang are making the round in online sales. Warner Home Video entertained the idea of releasing the entire series on DVD but chose against it, seeing as how the Huckleberry Hound and Yogi Bear DVD sets sold so poorly. In contrast, even fewer people over the last 30 years know who Ruff and Reddy were.
** The first episode of the Muni-Mula Planet story arc was supposed to be featured in an anthology DVD of H-B shows from 1957 to 1970, released May 21, 2013, but for some reason it was omitted.

At the Huckleberry Hound time sales didn't seem to warrant the work. Since then Warner Archive has expressed interest but admit there's a lot of work ahead and Yogi Bear DVD sets sold so poorly. In contrast, even fewer people over the last 30 years know who Ruff and Reddy were.

lack of popularity isn't going to make it that high a priority.
* ScrewedByTheNetwork:
The first stories themselves are 13 episode of arcs, during the Muni-Mula Planet story arc was supposed Creator/CartoonNetwork re-runs, they'd either be random filler or when they were given a half hour slot you'd see segments 1-6 one slot and 8-13 the next. Meaning you'd never get to be featured in an anthology DVD of H-B shows from 1957 to 1970, released May 21, 2013, but for some reason see segment 7 unless it was omitted.randomly popped up as a time filler.
