Added DiffLines:

** According to Pablo Hidalgo, Creator/GeorgeLucas was "100% supportive" of the series, and even considers it one of his favorite things to come out of the franchise post-Disney acquisition. He particularly liked how much homage was paid to the Prequel trilogy, and how it celebrated the aspects that were initially reviled by fans back in the day.

Added DiffLines:

** According to Creator/EwanMcGregor, Obi-Wan was originally going to have become an alcoholic waiter in the first episode, where he would be abused by patrons.

* DVDCommentary: The Blu-ray and UHD include commentary by Deborah Chow on the last episode, the first commentary ever included on a Disney+ original show's physical release.

* ThrowItIn: According to Ewan McGregor, the lighting coming off of Obi-Wan and Vader's sabers reflecting off of Anakin's exposed face was initially an accident, but everyone liked it so much that they kept it in, and even made it so that it changed from blue to red to further enhance the scene.

** In the Hungarian dub, nearly all characters have their voices from the prequel films and ''Rebels'' animated series, most importantly Zsolt Anger as Obi-Wan after having quit the role in the later parts of ''The Clone Wars'' and ''Rebels''. István Kovács also returned as [[spoiler: Qui-Gon]] after having done very little voice work for over a decade. Palpatine's prequel voice actor, Hugó Grúber passed away in 2012 and the animates series gave him different voices, but for his non-stock footage appearance the role went back to Gábor Reviczky from the original trilogy's Special Edition dubs. An official dubbing cast sheet promoted C-3PO having his post-2016 voice, Tomasz Galbenisz, but he did not actually speak in the show. The unnamed Imperial captain of the Star Destroyer ''Devastator'' is an interesting case, as he has the same voice actor as Firmus Piett (Ádám Lux), implying that perhaps the dubbing studio thought they are the same character.

* IKnewIt: Many fans' predictions for the outcomes of the story came true (not helping that much of the plot leaked online before the series aired), including:
** After the reveal that Creator/HaydenChristensen would be returning as Darth Vader in this series, many concluded that this meant we would either see Vader unmasked, see flashbacks of young Anakin Skywalker, or both, since it would make no sense to cast Hayden if Vader's face isn't shown. [[spoiler:Both theories came to fruition]].
** Many guessed that [[spoiler:the black Jedi Youngling in the Order 66 scene in Part I was Reva]]. This was shown to be correct in Part V.
** The reason why Reva knows that [[spoiler:Darth Vader is Anakin]] is because [[spoiler:she witnessed him attacking the temple during Order 66]]. Also confirmed in Part V.
** Reva is secretly [[spoiler: plotting to kill Vader as payback for exterminating the Jedi]]. Also, she blames Obi-Wan for [[spoiler:creating Darth Vader in the first place]]. Confirmed in Part V.

** Creator/HaydenChristensen was also incredibly excited to reprise his role as Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker for the first time in 17 years. He also took things a step further on refreshing himself on the franchise by watching both ''WesternAnimation/TheCloneWars'' and ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsRebels'' to see what was done with his character in those shows.
** Despite having retired from composing anything ''Star Wars'' related after the Sequel Trilogy, Music/JohnWilliams contacted Creator/KathleenKennedy and requested to compose the main theme for this show, simply because Obi-Wan never had his own character theme before, and Williams wanted to write one. You can listen to it [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLn8e3aU7eI here]].
