* WhatCouldHaveBeen: An early outline had Mickey, Donald and Goofy running a clock repair business that boasts that they can repair any clock. The mayor (played by WesternAnimation/{{Pete}}), takes them at their word and have them repair the giant clock tower. Eventually, that was cut and the final cartoon opens on them already working on the clock tower.

* ExecutiveMeddling: On account of Donald being TheUnintelligible, one particular line has been edited out of some VHS copies of this short and dubbed over with a line from a different short, and this print even accidentally made its way onto ''Mickey Mouse In Living Color, Vol. 1'' and some other [=DVD=]s, as well as on the ''Treasures from the Disney Vault'' event on Creator/TurnerClassicMovies. Thankfully, the uncut print was included in the ''WesternAnimation/AliceInWonderland'' [=DVDs=] and has since also turned up on Creator/DisneyChannel broadcasts. On Creator/DisneyPlus, Donald's line has been partially (but not entirely) restored.
