* RoleReprise: Sid Raymond (then 85 years old) returned to voice Huey in the first season of the 1994 revival, 35 years after his final theatrical appearance, although this was only at the insistence of supervising director Bob Jaques, as the show's management did not like Raymond. Also of note is that, due to Raymond's age, the pitch of his voice had to be raised 12% in post-production in order to roughly match how he sounded in the old shorts. Possibly due to Jaques' departure, Raymond was replaced by Joe Alaskey for the second season.

* DawsonCasting: In the original shorts, Huey, an infant, is voiced by the 40-year-old Sid Raymond with a lisping yet conspicuously deep, adult-sounding voice. Taken up to eleven in the 1994 revival's first season, where Raymond (then 85) returned to voice the duckling again with an even deeper tone. Justified in that even though Huey is a baby or toddler, he basically has the ''body'' of a large adult.
