Every ''Saw'' movie ends on a twist that's at least somewhat like TheEndingChangesEverything.

It turns out that Cecilia was aware John Kramer was Jigsaw when she scammed him and had actually targeted him specifically [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness so he would kill her unneeded accomplices]] and therefore [[BadBoss she wouldn't need to split the money from her scam.]] Of course, [[CrazyPrepared Jigsaw had already discovered this fact earlier]] and was in fact [[BatmanGambit using her plot to lure Parker out of hiding.]] Naturally, things go south for both of them [[DeathByMaterialism when they go to pick up the money.]]
