As Harry lets slip the Dursleys hate magic, Raine immediately laughs it off because hey, Harry is magic so if his guardians really hate magic that would force them to hate the boy too -- only for Harry to casually confirm the Dursleys cannot stand him. Raine stops laughing at once.
