Sandor promised her food, drink, a great cuantity of money if she poses for the Countess. Not only Marya's attempt to overcome her vampirism fails, but she also attacked Lili. Lili died in the hospital shortly after. Her last moments she was hypnotized by Garth's psychiatrist science, she remembers her traumatic experience with the Countess, and she died terrified, from heart-stop and blood loss.

* Marya in contrast with her father Dracula, shows humanity. Dracula was portrayed as being simply evil. He was only playing with humans (his food) acting as a gentleman, but he was purely evil. But Marya constantly is seen serious, cold and... sad. She really wanted a cure for her vampirism, but she can't be cured.
