Much like the Terror, Hobbes is a regular person but while the Terror had backup plans in case things failed, Hobbes does not, allowing Arthur to knock him out easily after his mind control scheme fall through. Also, Hobbes is a very unassuming, quirky person and is the opposite of hammy, allowing him to continue his operations in secret with no one assuming otherwise. While the Terror loves the spotlight, Hobbes prefers operating from behind the scenes.]]
