A [[ShortRunners Short-Lived]] American Comedy-Drama that follows a police inspector (Creator/JohnRitter) as he runs a run-down building and takes care of a Russell Terrier that comes along with it as he also continues his day job.

The show also features Creator/BarbaraBosson, Creator/FeltonPerry, Creator/SydneyWalsh, Creator/ClarenceFelder, Creator/AlixElias, Creator/JosephGian, Creator/DebrahFarentino, Creator/RodGist, and Creator/PaulLinke.
