''Batman Unchained'', also known as ''Batman Triumphant'', is the unproduced fifth movie in the ''Film/BatmanFilmSeries''.
It was intended to be a sequel to ''Film/BatmanAndRobin'', but the poor reception of the movie led to the ''Batman'' film series ending with that installment. As such, the script for ''Batman Unchained'' written by Mark Protosevich (under Creator/JoelSchumacher's direction) is one of the few things that remains of it.
The plot for it would have taken place one year after Batman's battle against Mr. Freeze and seen him going up against the Scarecrow, a mentally unstable scientist who's joined forces with Harley Quinn.
