** Many cases of this in "Volpina":

** While sabotaging Wang Cheng's soup in "Kung Food," Chloé tells Tikki to shut up; she's surprised when the Kwami actually does, though she doesn't notice Tikki writhing around on the counter in discomfort, revealing the Kwami only shut up because she was forced to. Chloé later also fails to notice Kung Food's brainwashed slaves sneaking up right behind her due to being too distracted talking on her phone.
** In "Vanisher," Chloé's butler doesn't wake her up, she doesn't have any breakfast because her father suddenly called a staff meeting, she has to go to school by herself after her driver doesn't show up to take her there, and neither the teacher nor the class makes note of her late arrival. ** A couple instances in "Syren":

*** After diving into the water Syren used to flood the city, Kim doesn't notice the akuma's fin approaching him from behind. In addition, he doesn't recognize Syren as Ondine until she brings up her failed confession attempt and shows off her bracelet.
** In "Silencer":
*** PlayedForLaughs when Roth's security team fails to notice Luka and Marinette slipping right behind them as they criticize Ivan's "akuma costume"; Luka and Marinette are even giggling at the guards' obliviousness as they sneak into the building.
*** Chloé is so busy trying to convince Luka to go solo that she completely fails to notice him being contacted by Hawkmoth, only looking over just in time to see him flipping her the double bird as he's akumatized.
*** Bob fails to notice Chat Noir pointing a live camera towards him while bragging about how Silencer failed to expose his plagiarism to the world.

** In "Party Crasher", Chloé fails to notice an Akuma attack with several Miraculous holders happening around the Agreste mansion despite being across the street from it.

** In Several cases of this "Party Crasher", Crasher" as well:
*** PlayedForDrama when Kim doesn't seem to notice that the rest of the guys are growing increasingly concerned that the party is getting out of control with complete strangers showing up.
*** As the girls are taking cover from the fight, neither Lila, Sabrina, nor Alix see to notice that the other four girls are all struggling to contain their frustration; they want to join the fight but can't without leaving the group and raising suspicions about their secret identities.
*** The boys play music loud enough to register a noise complaint before random adults start trickling in, which then turns their private bash into a wild party.
Chloé somehow completely fails to notice an Akuma attack with several Miraculous holders any of this despite it happening around the Agreste mansion despite being just across the street from it.her. Not even the titular akuma showing up gets her attention, requiring Sabrina to barge into Chloé's room and yell at her to kick the butt of her "lazy so-called best friend" into gear.
** Multiple characters do this in "Frightningale":
*** Scarlet Lady is so pleased that the heroes and the temps are keeping Frightningale busy that she doesn't realize Sabrina is recording her lazing about.
*** Frightningale gets distracted by the temporary heroines' impromptu concert and fails to notice Chat Noir and Marigold tiptoeing away right behind her.
*** In TheStinger, Audrey fires several of her employees for failing to find her sunglasses... which she's wearing... on her face.

*** Chat Noir/Adrien's worst qualities, such as his EntitledToHaveYou and ExtremeDoormat tendencies, have been almost completely cut out: he sincerely helps Marinette sort out her feelings for Luka despite his painfully obvious jealousy, and stands up to the toxic individuals in his life such as his father, Chloe, and Lila, calling out the latter two for their crap rather than trying to excuse or appease them, and pushing back against the former by dying his hair or threatening to out his atrocious parenting to the media. He also undergoes considerable CharacterDevelopment early in the story to become much more competent and professional than he was in canon.
*** Likewise, Marinette's own entitlement issues and StalkerWithACrush tendencies are filed down while her various quirks are kept intact. The LoveMakesYouDumb aspect of her personality is also toned down to the point where she is perfectly capable of holding a conversation with her crush(es). Finally, she is given a legitimate explanation for some of her less savory actions such as stealing Alya's phone over a video she accidentally deleted via a FriendlessBackground that left her with all of the anxieties and self doubts that would realistically be associated with it.

The LoveMakesYouDumb aspect of her personality is also toned down to the point where she is perfectly capable of holding a conversation with her crush(es). crush(es), at least under most circumstances. Finally, she is given a legitimate explanation for some of her less savory actions actions, such as stealing Alya's phone over a video she accidentally deleted via a deleted, fearing that it will lead to the end of her social life due to her FriendlessBackground that left her with all of the anxieties and self doubts self-doubts that would realistically be associated with it.it.
*** Similar to Adrien, Sabrina also has her ExtremeDoormat personality and unhealthy friendship with Chloé fixed. While she starts off as the same loyal lackey and "best friend" to Chloé as in canon, Chloé getting Sabrina's father fired in "Rogercop" over a petty slight (something that canon had Sabrina completely ignore) shatters Sabrina's respect for her friend. Even after Roger is told he'll get his job back with a promotion at the end of the episode, Sabrina has difficulty forgiving Chloé for it, in no small part because her friend never even tries to apologize or make up for it and instead just continues to mistreat Sabrina, which only makes Sabrina further question her "friendship" with Chloé. This leads to Sabrina growing increasingly distant from the class bully and closer to the rest of the class, whom she slowly realizes treat her much better than her supposed best friend does. She eventually learns to stand up for herself as well, sassing Chloé and refusing to help her with her dirty work. .
** The comic averts the canon "rule" that each episode needs to have Marinette make a mistake and learn a lesson, which led to Marinette constantly portrayed as being in the wrong when she isn't and held at fault for things that she at most only minimally contributed to, all while others who do worse are given a comparative free pass. Instead, the author aims to treat Marinette fairly and draw attention to other characters' faults:
*** Unlike the show, in which "Lady Wifi" ended without Alya really learning anything, the comic has Marinette point out to Alya that if she really suspected Marinette of being Scarlet Lady, she could've just asked Marinette or stopped to think about how Marinette had a solid alibi for the Stoneheart incident weeks ago instead of impulsively breaking into Marinette's locker to investigate.
*** The comic emphasizes that Jalil's plan to prove one of his conspiracy theories by using museum artifacts to perform a ritual involving HumanSacrifice is selfish and irresponsible. The show glossed over this and instead portrayed him being akumatized over his father to agree to this as sympathetic.
*** Nino gets rebuked for his AcquiredSituationalNarcissism in "Horrificator" and apologizes to his friends in the end, something he didn't do in canon.
*** Marinette invoking EveryoneIsASuspect and suggesting all the suspects bags be searched in canon "Rogercop" was treated as her scapegoating her classmates and being no better than Chloé by making kneejerk accusations. The comic instead presents the same views as fair observations and shows that Marinette simply wishes to be treated the same as everyone else as opposed to baselessly singled out (she has no problem with her bag being searched after Sabrina surrenders her bag first). In addition, Marinette calls her father out for scolding her to let the adults handle things when none of the adults present (Tom included) are actually doing anything help resolve the situation.
*** The canon version of "The Gamer" treats Max's akumatization as entirely Marinette's fault because she selfishly took a spot in a video game tournament that would've gone to him, even though he had practiced so long of the tournament while she only entered on a whim to spend time with Adrien. In contrast, the comic draws attention to how Marinette deserved to compete in the tournament more than Max because she earned her spot fairly and how unfair (and likely sexist) it is to only blame Marinette when Adrien also beat Max out for a spot in the tournament. Additionally, Max's SoreLoser and EntitledBastard behavior over his loss are highlighted (not to mention how he arguably cheated by using coded combos), and the end, instead of Marinette apologizing to Max for being selfish, Max is the one who apologizes to her after learning a lesson about sportsmanship.
*** The show portrays Ladybug as having caused Prime Queen due to walking out on her and Chat Noir's interview with Nadja Chamack, leading to the reporter's akumatization. In contrast, the comic accentuates Nadja's ImmoralJournalist antics throughout the episode, with the heroes (even Scarlet Lady) deeming the interview a waste of time as they leave. Nobody really sympathizes when Nadja has her show cancelled, gets akumatized into Prime Queen, and becomes hellbent on proving that .
*** Both the show's version of "Zombizou" and the comic's version has Mme. Bustier tell Marinette to forgive Chloé and set an example for the bully. But while canon portrayed this as being the correct way of dealing with Chloé, the comic has Marinette angrily point out that Bustier's completely ignoring her feelings in favor of TheUnapologetic Chloé, how forgiving Chloé would just send a message that she can get away with anything or will even be rewarded for it, and that Mme. Bustier is essentially aiding Chloé's bullying by refusing to take action herself. Chat Noir and later also point out how misguided Bustier's belief that negative feelings should always be avoided when they're in fact all normal emotions and nothing to be ashamed about.
