What the hell is up with Singularity F?

Singularity F is weird even by Singularity standards, so how about we list the oddities?
* The fact that it even exists. All other Singularities were caused by a change inflicted by the Holy Grail in a given point in history, and it's easy to explain what's going on with them. France is being attacked by dragons because of a Servant planted there by Lev. Septem and America are being attacked by armies formed by Servants, that were also planted there. And so on. However, WordOfGod is that Singularity F is the result of the data of the ''VisualNovel/FateStayNight'' Grail War and the ''FGO'' Grail War colliding. In fact, it seems that things derailed with this Singularity long before 2004 A.D., without the input of any external factors. This would potentially make Singularity F more similar to a ''Lostbelt'', as it is a major deviation from proper human history - albeit a more recent one.
* The Servants summoned in F are odd.
** The Lancer that was summoned there was Benkei. WordOfGod states that the Holy Grail in Fuyuki cannot summon Eastern Servants because it's a Western concept (Emiya being the exception for several reasons), so how is he here?
** A Servant that very notably is NOT here is Gilgamesh. The church that Gilgamesh normally uses as his base is now the base for Rider Darius; it's hard to believe that Gilgamesh would not fight back, or that anyone could ''beat'' him really, so it makes you wonder if Gilgamesh was ever there to begin with. Tying to the above, this implies that the changes in Singularity F go way back at least up until the 4th Holy Grail War - which may not have happened in the F timeline to begin with.
** Another servant who isn't here is Medea... yet you still fight Dragon Tooth warriors in certain places.
* As said above, in each Singularity there is a clear explanation about what went wrong with it. However, according to Caster, Fuyuki just... burst into flames all of a sudden and all the humans disappeared. And we never find out how.
** In the manga and animated adaptations, Benkei is replaced with Lancer Medusa - a full-grown version. In the animated adaptation, after the city went on fire she started turning people into stone; except that by that point, the humans were gone. So where did she find the people?
** Then there's the other theory that the humans did not disappear, but were ''hunted down''.
* Said implication? As the [[Fridge/FateGrandOrder Fridge Horror]] folder points out, it's implied that Saber is responsible for much of the destruction. The city is cut in half by what's strongly implied to be Excalibur.
* Then there's the fact that specific areas were destroyed. The Tohsaka is replaced by a ''crater'', which also marks the point of the Excalibur attack, the Emiya residence is reduced to rabble, and so is the school, etc. This can have several explanations. While attacking the house of the Second Owner makes sense if you want to dismantle a grail war, it looks a lot more like she specifically hunted down the Masters from ''Fate/stay night''.
* Even after you beat Saber Alter, the singularity doesn't fix itself. When you go back, Heracles is still there and still corrupted, everything is still on fire, the humans have not returned, and in fact everything is exactly as you left it.
