clarified some of the existing examples of quirks and added more. the reason Denki becomes a moron is because when he fires all his natural electricity out his brain is lacking in electrical signals to run itself so he's reduced to a sort of "power saver" mode. Momo's ability can also be very easily justified by her sweating/emitting the materials through her pores, with each pore or hole in her skin acting like the filament emitter on a 3d printer, ejecting the device layer by layer as it rises from her skin.

** Denki Kaminari can generate his own electricity, but while most of his body is immune to the electric currents, his brain is not as it can temporarily short-circuit for some reason. At the very least, it is not completely vulnerable, or else it would be dead fried by now.
** Momo Yaoyorozu can create any object as long as she has an in-depth knowledge of its atomic structure.

unable to function, at least at full capacity, because he has to "recharge" his electricity.
** Momo Yaoyorozu can create any object as long as she has an in-depth knowledge of its atomic structure. To aid her she carries a massive engineering book on her back so that she can quickly reference the chemcial and structural makeup of complicated devices like speakers or what have you.

*** Momo needs several secondaries for her powers to work as depicted: She doesn’t create nuclear explosions from fusing atoms together; objects must teleport in from some kind of Hammerspace, since they appear fully formed and don’t rip giant holes in her, and she must partially borrow the energy to create mass from somewhere, since she isn’t huge. Not to mention the health effects of rapid weight gain or loss.

*** All For One avoids stealing Quirks that requires either in-depth knowledge of something or great experience to be useful and ones that involve mutated body parts, for the simple reason he just doesn't have the time to master the former and no idea on how to use said body parts for the latter-assuming he can grow them at all.

** Kyouka Jirou can use the special headphonejacks growing out of her earlobes to amplify her hearing through solid objects, as well as transmit the sound of her own pulse through them. However, while listening she becomes exponentially more vulnerable to loud noises transmitted through whatever medium she's "plugged into", and her pulse transmission requires something to jack her earlobes into, such as an amplifier, to be effective as an offensive weapon
** Ashido Mina can emit acid sweat from her skin. However this being HollywoodAcid she has to have a special uniform made just for her to resist burning through her clothes, and her acid still takes time to eat through things, forcing her to focus her attention on cutting holes or penetrating whatever she's trying to get through. This forces her into a binary choice in combat, as she must either fight and defend herself, or focus on getting through obstacles.
** Monoma Neito can copy other quirks, however he copies all of them. So quirks that take time to get going such as One For All and its stockpiling, or quirks that require physical modifications such as Tails or Wings, are useless to him as he lacks th etime to build them up and lacks the appendages to use.
** Kendō Itsuka has a number of the obligatory secondary abilities. As her hands grow larger her arms and body grow proportionally stronger to compensate for the added mass, and her fine dexterity improves to compensate for the greater size of her digits. However her power only applies to her hands, leaving the rest of her vulnerable, and as strong as her hands get they don't become signficiantly more durable, so bullets, knives, explosives, etc are still a threat to her
** Kodai Yui can alter the size of objects, however her quirk only works on inanimate objects and as a result she cannot make herself or others larger (for the combat benefits) or smaller (to make subduing or capturing them easier) and if you can deprive her of stuff that doesn't fit the arbitrary size requirement for her quirk to affect it (she notably cannot affect buildings or large vehicles) she's literally a regular human.
** Komori Kinoko can near-instantly grow mushrooms anywhere she can get her spores...the issue is she has to get her spores there first. As a result hot and dry climates significantly hamper her ability to spread her quirk out, and she remains a SquishyWizard otherwise.
** Fukidashi Manga can manifest any word he says (He typically uses onomatopoeia), however because he still has to say them, using his quirk for extended periods can give him a sore throat or cost him his voice temporarily
** Tsunotori Ponī can fire her horns like a cannon, and they instantly regrow back. She can also remotely pilot them, to the point where she can even use them to fly by standing atop them and piloting them around
** Tokage Setsuna can split her body into numerous fragments, and even benefits from levetation and regeneration to avoid the usual drawbacks of splitting bits of yourself off without clear means of locomotion. However the more fragments she separates herself into the more rapidly she tires, and if her parts are left autonomous for too long they cease to function and must be regrown.

** Some of the others are brought up in the Manga/ACertainScientificRailgun side story. Range and accuracy are the limiting factors of Kuroko's teleporter abilities (any objects intersecting with things she had teleported are explicitly stated to be displaced). Mikoto uses the heat generated from her electrical abilities on two separate occasions, once to cook an opponent using a non-conductive barrier and another time on a smaller scale to cook rice in a metal canteen when the stove isn't working. In the anime Uiharu mentions a specific lack of required extras. She has the power to prevent things from changing temperature but her hands can only tolerate a normal range of temperatures limiting the potential for its use (though she's great at keeping take-away warm). Touma also has some going for him otherwise attacks like Mikoto's railgun would still be lethal as momentum keeps the projectile going even after her power has been negated.

** Similarly, Shoto Todoroki can create ice and fire while not being affected by burns, but is not immune to either frostbite or overheating, which happens if he goes too far with either power but not the other (he can avoid this by simply using both elements in conjunction so that his body temperature is always regulated, although this also means that each element ends up weakening the other due to them being mixed and requires greater concentration to manage).

He holds onto Bora's spear, who is unable to even move it one bit, not even upwards even though he should by all means be able to lift Tao Pai Pai upwards as well. Fridge Brilliance comes into play here, these characters fly by pushing ki in the proper directions. So presumably they could do something similar to hold themselves in place.

Jotaro ultimately wins not by out-cheating him, but by aggressively out-bluffing him until he had a breakdown. D'Arby also mentions that he HAS to be beaten on his terms to free his victims, attempting CuttingTheKnot by just killing him won't work and all his victims will remain trapped as chips.

** Lum, alongside with her ability to generate electricity and throw lightning, is naturally immune to electric shocks herself. She in fact can absorb electricity from other sources, which can result in her getting supercharged -- afterward, she'd shock anybody she'd touch, even involuntarily, until enough is discharged. Of note is that her iconic tiger-striped bikini is impervious too; in one occasion, generating a stronger discharge than usual has vaporized her clothes, but not the bikini she uses as underwear. This certainly explains why she's so attached to it.

* Manga/GetBackers: Himiko Kudou's claim to fame is using various types of perfumes for combat. These range from a degenerative perfume that regresses the mental capacities of the victim, a flame perfume that sets the air on someone's lungs on fire, and so on. Her "ultimate" perfume makes her able to attain greatly increased speed (multiplicatively, by the number she smells her perfume) by exerting more force to her muscles and reactivity. However, she does not have the required powers of infinite muscle/bone durability, and so her entire body nearly breaks down when she used it. She never did use it very much precisely because of this reason.
