While Kisegach is on vacation, she leaves Kupitman in charge. In his absence, someone must replace him in Venereology; Bykov sends Lobanov and Phil. Gleb would spend a whole day in archive.

Phil can't examine female patients, because the last time he tried (back in USA), he accidentally brought her to orgasm, which lead to her mistaking this for harassment and suing him (successfully). Now he fears that this could repeat here as well (Semyon doesn't believe him), so, to avoid this, he asks the patients to sign a document stating that they would not attempt to sue him if this really happens. After seeing that Phil apparently wasn't kidding, Semyon decides to do everything by himself from now on... which results in ''him'' being accused of harassment by the very next patient.

Varya decides to just tell Gleb everything outright... and wants to be locked with Gleb in the archive, with which Lyuba would help her. Unfortunately, Gleb (after drinking his beer) dreadfully needs to pee. And they have no means to call anyone, because they have no their phones with them. Ultimately, Gleb gives up and pees on the floor, just when Bykov finally orders Lyuba to give him the keys and unlocks the door. Oops...

* AuthorityInNameOnly: Kupitman temporarily replaces Kisegach as a Chief Doctor... but no one takes him seriously, not even interns. Especially since he quickly gets drunk (literally), but tries to announce the anti-alcohol rules ([[EpicFail he can't even pronounce the world "alcohol" in his condition]]).
