Kane and Morris have made it through the Air Defense Trenches and arrived in the '''Hangar Perimeter'''. Viper Squad is just down a hallway, but in your path is a Strogg Gunner who is upset with your intrusion. In a cutscene, the Gunner launches a grenade towards Kane, who backpedals to escape the blast, then fights the defensive Gunner, who holds along with his Guard minions.

I don't think this fits the description of Regenerating Health; that's supposed to occur automatically. If the Medic and Tech Marine are unable to tend to you, your health and armor won't regenerate on their own. It'd pretty much make those Marines useless, anyway.
