* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome:
** The first team building exercise is for the Bodega employees to say "I love you" to each other. Rad and Enid, who tried dating in the past to poor results and didn't move past the issues it caused, naturally can't do so. Even at the end, when things improve between them, Enid still [[IUhYouToo cuts Rad off from saying it to her]]. Meanwhile, K.O.'s issue appears to be that he's fed up having to be a constant mediator between Rad and Enid and ''failing'' at it. Regardless of his efforts at heroics he's still just a child who finds himself in a role that is putting constant pressure on him that he isn't prepared for.
** The second exercise, meditation, quickly goes off the rails because it requires a baseline level of willingness and ability to be effective - it just isn't for everyone. Trying to turn it into a ''group'' exercise with someone like Rad involved was never going to work, even if Enid and K.O. seemed to be familiar with it.
** The third exercise, operating the tank as a team, would work if they were given tasks they were familiar with to succeed as a group. ''This'' was never going to work because they were assigned tasks they were outright uncomfortable with ''and'' knew who could do better than them...
** [[spoiler:...but actually leads directly to their breakthrough in the fourth exercise. Because it forced them to remember what the others' strengths were, they were able to recover their ability to function as a team - and in the process, work through their differences. (That their tension all stemmed from workplace stress and ''not'' serious personal disagreements also helped.)]]

** Nick's exercise to operate a giant tank together fails because each of them [[WrongLineOfWork went into stations that were wrong for their skill sets]]: Enid loads ammo, Rad gives technical support, and K.O. commands in the cockpit.
