Burner Man is stealing safes containing rare metals needed to construct dark chips. Lan and Mega Man aren't able to stop him due to appearing outside of the dimensional areas.

* ButtMonkey: Lan doesn't fare too well in this episode. First, Mayl buys a crepe despite not having any money requiring Lan to pay for her. Later, his first attempt touching dimensional areas knocks him unconscious and subsequent attempts to bypass the dimensional area causes minor injuries. Even with Burner Man defeated, he needs to do his homework with Mayl and his own dad refusing to help.
