The Bureau tracks down Om Padmasana to the Tiger's Nest Monastery in Paro, Bhutan, so they can investigate more about his true intentions, specially since they've learned he's studying to make his followers more dependent on him. There, Carmen and the player are ordered to climb up to the monastery, but get sidetracked when they find the body of old monk Lam Ugyen with his arm chopped off.
