* BackportedDevelopment: The Lyoko Warriors act much more like they do in late season 2 than they did in season one. Most damningly, they ostracized Sissi for telling the adults about Lyoko; despite [[Recap/CodeLyokoS1E2 the very second episode of the series]] having Yumi bring up the idea of doing just that, and everyone agreeing it might be a good idea.

* ContinuitySnarl: The team do not call themselves the "Lyoko Warriors" until the start of Season 3. Here, it's revealed that Yumi came up with the name when agreeing to help fight XANA.

* InterchangeableAsianCultures: In-universe, Yumi is again mistaken for being Chinese, this time by Sissi. It proves to be a true BerserkButton for her.
