** Quite a few characters, such as the sharks (technically two), Darla (whose picture is seen quite a bit but only shows up once during the film's climax), all of the sea turtles except for Squirt, and Gerald the pelican.

** [[AsHimself Shaquille O'Neal]] gets one of the funniest moments in the whole movie during the Micromanager attack [[spoiler: on CloudCuckooLand]].

* Bigfoot in ''WesternAnimation/AGoofyMovie'' has what is commonly considered the funniest part of the entire movie, especially when he puts on the Walkman and starts dancing to [[Music/TheBeeGees "Stayin' Alive"]].

** The inexplicably French Robin Hood and his Merry Men [[BigLippedAlligatorMoment appear only briefly in the original, don't have much in the way of plot relevance, and never appear again]], but they're widely considered to be one of the funniest things in the whole movie.

* From ''WesternAnimation/{{Hoodwinked}}'', we have Japeth, the senile old singing goat that Red Puckett runs into on her journey, and whose musical number "[[CrazyPrepared Be Prepared]]" is probably the best in the movie.
* The white wolf in ''{{WesternAnimation/Balto}}''. [[ContestedSequel Sequels aside]], nobody is totally sure if it's a real wolf, a spirit guide, or the manifestation of Balto's own wolf half, but its only appearance was one of the most powerful scenes in the film.
* In a curiously similar example to the above, the ''black'' wolf from ''WesternAnimation/FantasticMrFox''. Approximately a minute of screentime, no lines, and only the [[BigLippedAlligatorMoment vaguest connection to the plot]], but it's paradoxically one of the most poetic and funniest scenes in a very quirky movie.

* ''WesternAnimation/IsleOfDogs'' has Creator/FMurrayAbraham as a wise, scholarly Saint Bernard and Creator/TildaSwinton as a [[PlayingAgainstType slightly loopy miniature Pug]], really, what more could you ask for?

** To drive the point home, when they RecycledTheSeries, it was solely the penguins and King Julian they focused on. And then [[WesternAnimation/PenguinsOfMadagascar the penguins got their own movie]], with King Julian getting a memorable credits scene.

* ''WesternAnimation/KuboAndTheTwoStrings'': [[DemBones The Gashadokuro]] only appears in one scene and isn’t really all that important to the plot, but many consider the fight with it to be one of the best scenes in the whole movie. It certainly does [[NightmareFuel leave an impression]].

*** The Matchmaker. She only appears in one scene, but her presence and the over-the-top comedic nature of said scene is completely unforgettable. It's not uncommon to see people cosplay her! Disney themselves [[WhatCouldHaveBeen seriously considered giving her a major role in the sequel]].

** Pretty much half the cast of ''WesternAnimation/{{Zootopia}}'', as Nick and Judy get the most screen time while many of the other characters (especially Flash and even moreso Finnick, who only has 3 lines) are only given a couple scenes. That being said, despite barely being in the movie itself, the entire teaser trailer of the movie centered around Flash while Finnick, despite only having a few lines and scenes, has tons of fan art and fan fiction about him and was even popular enough in China to inspire kids to want to get a fennec fox of their own.

*** [[RuleOfThree Also from the same movie]], Shere Khan, who despite being the BigBad, is only onscreen for about 10 minutes and doesn't appear till about 3 quarters of the way in, but he's remembered as fondly as other Disney villains that have more screen time than he does.

** [[MsFanservice Miss Kitty]] from Disney's ''WesternAnimation/TheGreatMouseDetective''. She's in the show for only one song, but... well, it's [[http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=e2IctxaCPqw a very memorable]] one, and judging by the amount of [[http://blackrozepetal.deviantart.com/art/Let-me-be-good-to-you-91337723 fan]] [[http://tabbykat.deviantart.com/art/Let-me-Be-Good-To-You-80676729 material]] about her, [[BestKnownForTheFanservice quite a few people remembered]] as the most exciting part of the movie. Also, she has the ever-sexy voice of Melissa Manchester.

** Fa Deng in ''{{WesternAnimation/Mulan}}''. Mushu is reminded that the last time he was assigned to protect the family, it led Fa Deng to disaster. It then immediately cuts to the man in question, who is ''holding his head under his arm'' and sarcastically thanking Mushu.

* Frozone's wife in ''WesternAnimation/TheIncredibles''. It is so beloved by the fans that the reveal that she will be appearing in the sequel caused large amounts of {{squee}}.

** Oaken in ''WesternAnimation/{{Frozen}}'', the owner of a trading post where Anna stops to buy a winter dress and boots for her trek. He gets maybe four minutes of screentime tops from a scene that primarily exists to introduce Anna to Kristoff, but his comical accent, mannerisms, and overall jovial personality make the scene all the more memorable.

** Gilbert Huph, Bob's obnoxious supervisor at Insuricare, is in the movie for less than four minutes and he may well be the [[HateSink most loathsome corporate boss ever put to celluloid.]] Even after Bob tosses him through four concrete walls, you'll still feel like he got off too easy.

** Peggy Lee as Peg the dog in ''Disney/LadyAndTheTramp''. Peg has just the one song, but a very memorable one! As Lee co-wrote all the songs and also voiced the Siamese Cats and Darling (Lady's owner) - and they get songs too despite little screen time - it's like several Wonders for the price of one.
** The snake Kaa from ''Disney/TheJungleBook'' who tries to hypnotize Mowgli and fails. He is only in the film for two scenes (he was actually going to be in just one in development, but his popularity with some test audiences gained him another one), The voice is by Creator/SterlingHolloway, of all people. He did the voice of ''Franchise/WinnieThePooh'', which is part of the reason why he's so funny.

** Madame Mim in Disney's ''Disney/TheSwordInTheStone'' appears just long enough to engage in a [[ShapeShifterShowdown wizard's duel]] with Merlin. Also the female squirrel [[TearJerker who falls for]] [[AttractiveBentSpecies a transformed Arthur.]]

He's only in two scenes and has a handful of lines, but Creator/TonyJay gave such a memorable performance that it won him the role of BigBad Claude Frollo in ''Disney/TheHunchbackOfNotreDame''. He also has a [[AdaptationExpansion larger role]] in the ScreenToStageAdaptation, including his own spotlight song and a [[CrazyAwesome fencing duel with Cogsworth the clock]] during the final battle.
** The [[MechanicalAbomination Leviathan]] from ''Disney/AtlantisTheLostEmpire'' has less than five minutes of total screentime, but it's the most universally beloved thing in a [[CultClassic fondly remembered]] movie, probably because it's a [[{{Kaiju}} humongous]] [[NinjaPirateZombieRobot magic robot lobster war machine]] that kills off [[KnightOfCerebus a staggering number of people for a Disney movie.]]
** The Backson in ''Disney/WinnieThePooh'' (the 2011 movie) literally has [[TheStinger one scene]] lasting under a minute, but it's a very memorable one.
** [[FanserviceExtra The blonde lifeguard girl]] in ''Disney/LiloAndStitch''.
** Mama Odie appears only very briefly in ''Disney/ThePrincessAndTheFrog'', but ''man'' does she steal the show.
** In ''Disney/ChickenLittle,'' one of the most popular characters is Morkubine Porcupine. He only has five minutes of screen time, and he only says three words.

* Creator/PatrickStewart again as Poop from the otherwise infamous ''WesternAnimation/TheEmojiMovie''. The filmmakers seemed to recognize this, and even [[AdvertisedExtra heavily promoted him]] throughout the marketing campaign.

* Frozone's wife in ''WesternAnimation/TheIncredibles''.
