*** Why, the bastard even lampshades his Complete Monster status - he claims to be [[AboveGoodAndEvil above such "petty" things]] [[TheUnfettered as ethics and morality]], as he claims they would serve no other purpouse than to limit [[HighOctaneNightmareFuel his potential]].

* Dr. Fusai Katsuragi of ''SakuraGari''. Not only is he a disgusting pedophile, he drugs, rapes and tortures Masataka (this includes whipping him and sticking a household object up his anus right after raping him) ''and'' holds his hand in boiling hot tea because of his jealousy over Masataka being the one Souma loves, when he loves Souma to an [[{{Yandere}} insane degree]] himself ''and'' he beats his wife. Oh, and because [[spoiler: Souma hated his stepmother Sakurako for raping him when he was younger, Katsuragi takes his words literally and forces a reluctant, young Souma to kill her. He literally took Souma's hand, which held a knife, and forcibly made him cut Sakurako's wrists effectively killing her, while she was naked and passed out in the bathtub. And after the act he also practically rapes Souma himself. Not only Souma was left traumatised by the deal, but this also contributed to Souma's "[[VillainousCrossdresser sister]]" Youya going from a sweet toddler into a scary {{Yandere}} that calls himself "Sakurako".]] When Souma confronts Katsuragi on his rape and torture of Masataka, Katsuragi denies the accusation and tries to seduce Souma. He acts uninterested and mentions Masataka's name, so Katsuragi actually grabs Souma by the throat and ''tries to strangle him''.

** ''What?'' No [[EldritchAbomination ALUCARD]]? In the anime, he isn't so bad, because he only kills those false vampires, but in the new version of ''{{Hellsing}}'', he kills ''anything''. And when I say anything, I mean: vampires, ghouls, [[HumansAreBastards bastard humans]] and ''innocent humans'' as well. The worse part isn't that he kills them, the worse part ''[[AxCrazy is the way he kills them]]''. He practically ''massacrates and tortures every being until [[CruelAndUnusualDeath it dies a horrible death]]''. Not to mention the various, horrifying forms he takes, scaring the hell out of every creature that sees him, his maniacal laughter and [[SlasherSmile slasher smiles]], and the fact [[EvilTastesGood that he loves slaughtering]]. Plus, he acts like a [[{{Jerkass}} jerk]] to Seras (a thing that he doesn't do in the original anime), [[MemeticMolester he always looks like he wants to rape Integra]] and he badmouths almost every person (especially vampires). If I didn't know he was [[spoiler:Dracula]], I would think that he is TheDevil himself. [[SarcasmMode But, hey, as long as he is devoted to Integra, everything is safe]] [[AntiHero and he is one of the good guys, anyway.]] [[OhCrap Otherwise...]]

* Hello, "Evangelion". If Sinji's dad isn't a complete monster then I don't Know what is.

*** Not to mention that [[MadScientist Ichigaki]] openly admits not caring about said brainwashed killing machines and only entered into the tournament to get ''Yusuke's'' body; once that happened, [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness he'd dispose of the disciples himself]]. AND he takes a sick pleasure in making Yusuke and Kuwabara choose [[SadisticChoice between winning the match (and killing the innocent followers) or trying to save them (and end up slain)]], even taunting that due to his modifications, [[TheHeartless "their humanity is already dead!"]] Classic Complete Monster-dom with a healthy dose of mad science that makes his ass-kicking all the sweeter indeed.

** One of Ichigo's earlier enemies, the hollow called Shrieker, is shown to have been a Complete Monster even ''before'' he turned into a Hollow. A serial killer who stabbed a young mother to death and got off on it, his greatest regret is being killed before being able to do the same to her child, Yuichi Shibata. After he became a Hollow, he sealed the child into the body of a parakeet and lied to him, saying that if he could escape from him for three months, he'd revive his mom. Of course, he got his come-uppance when he was killed by Ichigo and sent to Hell.
*** Being the only Hollow in the ENTIRE SERIES to get that treatment.

** Also, [[spoiler: he's currently getting ready to kill Tatsuki and Michiru just to prove a point to Ichigo and provoke him. After killing many Karakura bystanders ForTheEvulz.]]

**The new anime is a frame by frame remake(More or less) of the original manga, Which came before the TV anime. Also, He doesn't qualify. First, we have a trope for Protagonists who are AxCrazy. It's called a HeroicSociopath. Second, He only killed the human SWAT team(or argentinan equivalent) in his way in Volume 3 ''because Integra told him to kill everyone in his path, human or otherwise.'' Third, he has the same FreudianExcuse as the real life Vlad III Dracula: [[spoiler: his father, Vlad Dracul, gave him and his brother as gifts to the turks to use as rape slaves when he was 13. On ''Christmas.'']] Fourth, he acts like a JerkAss towards Seras because it's his way of toughening her up until she becomes a true vampire. [[spoiler: When she does become one in Volume 7]] He gets much nicer. Fifth, if Integra, or the Hellsing family, wasn't around, he'd probably be back in Eastern Europe, Lording it over his small kingdom like in DraCula. Sorry, But YourMileageMayVary on whether Alucard goes too far. Some think of him as AxCrazy [[CrazyAwesome Awesome]], Others think that he goes too far.

** You can't talk about complete monsters from ''Full Metal Alchemist'' without mentioning Barry The Chopper. In the first anime, when Edward asks this scumbag why he cuts people up, Barry gleefully replies "I suppose because I enjoy it!" And he also chose a ''terrible'' time to target a visiting [[spoiler: Winry]]; it was right after [[spoiler: the Nina/Alexander chimera was killed. [[TearJerker Poor Ed was a sobbing mess.]]]]
*** Barry is actually somewhat more likable in the manga and second anime where his desire to kill is often down-played and used for laughs.

***** The D-Reaper. Two words: [[MindRape poor Juri]]

** Whenever he recruits his so called [[QuirkyMinyBossSquad Fingers]], a MoralEventHorizon is bound to happen.

** Gonzou Tarukane was, if anything, even worse than Elder Toguro. He tortured Yukina just to profit from the jewels created by her tears. He totally dehumanized her (not that she is technically human, but still), calling her a "frigid little whore" and wondering how "a creature like her" could have feelings. He is also the one responsible for founding the Black Black Club [[spoiler: whose amoral practices caused Sensui to snap and turn against his fellow humans]].

** Karozo "Iron Mask" Ronah from ''GundamF91'', who wanted to eradicate most of humanity using his dreadful Bugs, all according to his twisted concept of aristocracy. The manga shows in [[{{Gorn}} sickening detail]] how brutally and efficiently his creations did their work. [[spoiler: And previous to his final fight with Seabook Arno in TheMovie, Iron Mask uses his mobile suit's hands to grab his own daughter Cecily and ''throw her out in space'' when she questions him. Luckily, her spacesuit saves her life.]]

*** I think Toguro is a worse monster, not that Gonzou is anything near redeemable. Because Toguro has literally no reason at all for his actions. He does them for pure SADISTIC ENJOYMENT. He shows Kuwabara the death of Genkai with a puppet show, all the while insulting her, finnally stabbing the puppet in the chest. Afterward He basically Crucifies Kuwabara, holds him to the ground and delays the count out of the tournament just to enjoy torturing him. He later tricks Gourmet into eating him, only to slowly take him over from the inside. After Gourmet realizes, he begins to move Gourmet's skin to resemble his face just to torment him, then reveals that he mocked him the whole time. He did this all because the regeneration of his body was taking too long.
**** Tarukane may have reasons (financial gain in particular), but he really seems to get off on being an evil scumbag. There was very little about Tarukane that was entertaining aside from seeing him get utterly owned by Sakyou in the bets.

* Cancer Deathmask in SaintSeiya. He looks AffablyEvil when he appears first, but then [[spoiler: he tosses Shiryu nonchalantly down a cascade while trying to convince Dohko to rejoin the Gold Saint via a HannibalLecture (which spectacularly fails)]]. Later, we see more of his horrifying actions: when Shiryu and Seiya reach for the Cancer Temple, they are utterly ''horrified'' as they notice that [[spoiler: the temple's walls are full of screaming faces... representing the souls of all the people that Deathmask has murdered, [[AndIMustScream whose souls he bounded to the walls]].]] [[ButForMeItWasTuesday And he cheerfully admit it]] when confronted by the kids. After Seiya manages to step forward and go to the next temple, [[AxCrazy he personally]] [[BloodKnight and gleefully]] takes the mission of torturing and beating Shiryu to the extreme before even ''thinking'' of finishing him... [[spoiler: Too bad that, when he was about to succeed, he decides to use his telepathy to toss Shiryu's sworn sister Shunrei into a cascade, [[HesBack which]] [[UnstoppableRage was]] [[ScreamingWarrior absolutely]] [[ThisIsUnforgivable the last straw]] [[BewareTheNiceOnes for Shiryu]].]]

* The MysteriousCloakedGuy [[spoiler: (revealed to be Inasa)]] in NabariNoOu. To start, [[spoiler: he kills four-year-old Miharu - in a pretty gruesome way, no less.]] Later, he reveals that [[spoiler: he's not only another immortal like Aizawa and Shijima, he's also actually Fuuma Kotarou...who's been tricking, playing with and manipulating everyone from the start because he won't let anything stop him from possessing his "lovely Shinra-chan", though as he said, and Aizawa admits, he has been telling everyone all along that he wanted the Shinrabanshou...]]

** Not to mention the fact that since he is the character that [[{Monster}} Johan]] is an expy of, you know you have a monster.

***** In fact, he deliberately invokes his CM credentials as he tries to break Ikki's spirit, [[spoiler: by pining the blame of Esmeralda's death on ''Ikki'', since had he not killed Guilty earlier, she would've survived.]]. It's hinted in the anime that he wasn't ''always'' a monster (Esmeralda says that the CoolMask he wears drove him mad with its power), but we don't get to see it.

* Ren Sohma from ''FruitsBasket'' goes from EvilMatriarch to this. Let's see... her start wasn't ''that'' bad as she reaches for her IllBoy future husband, but things quickly go to Hell when [[spoiler: she gets pregnant, is told that her baby is a girl, and fears that she'll "steal" Akira's attention. Her solution is threatening to get an abortion if the girl isn't raised as a male, under the excuse of how a female leader would make the Sohma clan look bad.]] She then constantly abuses [[spoiler: her kid, Akito, telling her that no one will love her and everyone will abandon her, causing Akito to grow into a terrifying mix of {{Yandere}} and ManipulativeBastard that would commit many terrible deeds in her utter fear of being left alone.]] And later in the story, not only she [[spoiler: has sex with Akito's sort-of boyfriend Shigure]], but she [[spoiler: manipulates her niece Rin into getting Akira's last keepsake, and when that fails and Rin is "imprisoned" (for a lack of better words) by Akito, she tries to kill Akito herself.]] Really, [[spoiler: Akito]] is shown as an horrible person, but Ren is definitely to blame for lots of [[spoiler: her]] bullshit, and it was for such a ''petty'' reason too.
